Your dealership was informed of the issues and given every opportunity to do what was right. You refused. In my experience and in my opinion your dealership has no integrity, does not provide good customer service, and did nothing to ensure my satissfaction as a customer when I clearly communicated that I couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied with your faulty product and experience at your dealership. In which, at least in my experience and opinion makes you dishonest liers because you claim to "ensure customer satissfaction" and "excellent customer service" and yet you did neither in my case. Had you done what every other dealership has done to ensure customer satissfaction it would have cost you nothing and yet your refusal in my case has now cost me $15,000+ in losses. So, I recommenend to anyone reading this to take your business to another dealership.

I’ve probably dealt with about 20 Mercedes dealers in my 72 years of life as I currently own eight Mercedes-Benz vehicles across different cities,, and owned many more in my lifetime. Absolutely the most personal service I have found in the Seattle area has been at MB of Lynnwood. My service advisor, Josh, is impressive with his knowledge and ability to quickly understand my issues. As an engineer and pilot I sometimes need to talk directly with the mechanic to fully understand things. That is no problem for this service department. These people seem to really care, and know their stuff. Josh has decades of experience with MB vehicles and openly shares his wisdom.

Alan Keith was our salesman.

Alan Keith was our salesman. We could not find a better and more professional sales person ever. Andrew Plata the sales manager is absolutely top notch sales manager, very helpful and professional. Mindy and Athena the finance managers were very professional and great and made the transaction very straightforward and simple. If there is any more rating I can give Mercedes Benz od Lynnwood I would do that. I bought 2 cars from Alan within a month and he is the reason I came back. Go team MBLynnwood!

Best service in the USA! It can be very difficult finding the right people to work on your Sprinter, especially when you travel for work. The team at Lynnwood Benz understands this and gets you back on the road as soon as possible every time.

No pressure & signing docs was also simple & easy to complete in no time. I will definitely recommended my family & friends to buy car in Lynnwood Mercedes Benz & asked for John. Thank you John for your follow up calls & making sure that I like my chosen car that I bought! The waiting lobby is nice & clean, great snacks & coffee was also a plus. I will give them 5’Stars ratings for the excellent customer service.

I live in Montana so I was talked to multiple MB

I live in Montana so I was talked to multiple MB dealerships in the Region and MB Lynnwood were the nicest and most helpful out of all of them. Andy & Jesse are great. I've been a Mercedes guy for almost 2 decades and this was the best buying experience thus far.....also, I usually don't leave reviews if that tells you something

I I have been going to Mercedes Of Lynwood for about 10 years. My service rep is Garrett Graham, and he is as good a service rep as I have ever had anywhere. He’s polite, thorough, always addresses any issues I have and it’s a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Garrett or Mercedes Of Lynwood any higher than simply great.
