I wish there is a button for 0 star.

I wish there is a button for 0 star. The service was extremely bad and unprofessional. I had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection and I was waiting for 3 hours. After signed the paperwork and paying, I found that the car wasn't mine. The service assistant was rude, he showed me an invoice which was filled someone else's signature, and assumed that it was my signature, he demanded me to pay for the difference; otherwise, he won't release my car. I requested to talk to the manager. The service assistant said: the manager is not there, he also pointed his finger to me and said " I am not reasonable." They charged me 189.00 for labor. I told them that I am not going to pay for their ridiculous labor, they should adjust the number. I was there from 1:50 PM to 4:45 PM, I should be the one who charged them for my waited time. However, I did call 911 and asked the police involved in the dispute. Finally, the manager and the police came and agreed to release my car. I will not come back and never come back.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Samar was professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what my family needed. Amir runs a tight, honest operation and made sure everything was fair and smooth. Paul in finance was clear, efficient, and made the paperwork painless. Highly recommend this team—no pressure, no games, just great service.

Be careful when getting service done at this dealership.

Be careful when getting service done at this dealership. They show a clear lack of care and professionalism. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and never received a call to let me know it was finished. If I hadn’t shown up before closing, I wouldn’t have gotten my car back at all. The least they could do is notify customers when service is taking longer than expected so we can plan accordingly. This is the worst Honda dealership I have ever been to.

Horrible sales service.

Horrible sales service. Tried to purchase a CR-V hybrid and was met with lack of enthusiasm, lack of transparency on price, bad deals, and bad attitude. Keep getting questioned and evidence on why I arrive at certain date. Not to mention when I explained I can't come in unless it's for pick up, I kept getting asked to come in to meet in person for a better price. Like if you have a better price then say the price, stop beating around the bush. Like I never experience such a horrible sales services before. I much rather pay extra at another dealer than having to do business here.

I have purchased CRV here, the experience is very bad.

I have purchased CRV here, the experience is very bad. Staffs were careless to handle the customers. After sales, no one bother to respond on phone for issues with in the month. Overall Horrible dealarship. Just the Temp tag is expired, They are not even bother to reissue or expediate the original tag. Also They have misplaced my signed docs and made to come over again for resigning which shows their responsibility.

We have serviced our two Cars (CRV and Accord) here for

We have serviced our two Cars (CRV and Accord) here for about 15 years and were usually pleased with the service level. However, over the last year, this place has gone completely downhill. Check in process is erratic, wait times are very long despite apointments made, customer service agents are not friendly with zero to no customer service in the veins. Quality of team members as well as manager and overall resource level are all very questionable. Borderline unprofessional attitudes. As another example, they cleared our CRV after a detailed brake inspection 2000 miles ago, but we had to go back this week due to weird brake noises and were told the rear brake pads were completely worn and rotor needs changing too as damaged...They did not provide any explanation for this. Then they tried to sell us even more services for up to $ 2,000. We will not come back here after 15 years as a very good customer. Get your service done somewhere else!

The salesperson I was dealing with kept me updated about

The salesperson I was dealing with kept me updated about the car during the week. I was unable to get to VA quickly, due to MD state testing at my elementary school in MD. I was getting ready to drive to purchase the car and got a text just before leaving that it was sold and he promised to find me another car. I told the dealer that I was going to purchase the car, but they sold it anyway. The good news is I found a better car in York, PA at a dealership that respected me and my time.
