Disappointing Service and Constant Issues I initially trusted Porsche Atlanta Northeast with my 2019 Porsche Cayenne which only has 37k miles, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. While the team was polite, the quality of service left much to be desired. After performing my regularly scheduled yearly service and fixing some additional wear and tear issues that arise with ownership of such a car it was determined that the car was in perfect condition and that there where no more issues that would cause concern or need to be resolved in the near future. However, soon after this service I encountered a car battery issue, which was resolved but unfortunately I was forced to return again due to the check engine light being on. This issue was determined to have been caused by the water pump failing. Once again this issue was resolved but immediately after I encountered the car was experiencing tremors while driving shaking in an unbearable way that worsened the overall driving experience. Now when I returned to the dealership I have been told that I need to replace both engine mounts despite the car driving perfectly well prior to me dropping it of for the check engine light. While over perhaps many years these sort of troubles are to be expected I encountered these almost immediately after receiving my vehicle back from the dealership. These problems arose consistently after maintenance, costing me additional time and money. What’s more disappointing is the lack of accountability. There work is not guaranteed and it is clear that they strive to keep you coming back with more issues. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected the high level of quality in maintenance that is associated with the Porsche name, but what I received was subpar and unreliable. I strongly urge Porsche Atlanta Northeast to review their quality control processes and take customer concerns more seriously. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience and hope they take steps to improve for the sake of future customers.

I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my first Porsche from Porsche Atlanta NE. I have to say, it was a phenomenal experience - from beginning to end. The entire team was extremely helpful, polite, and made it such a smooth process. My salesman, Cameron was incredible! He walked me through the entire process, made sure I was making an informed decision and showed me a couple of options before I made my final decision. He took his time - I never felt rushed, he knew his inventory, and definitely made the whole experience very memorable! Cameron went above and beyond which I truly appreciated, a five star Porsche experience for sure! I would 1000% recommend Porsche Atlanta NE and would definitely ask for Cameron. I worked with Maurice to find the perfect Cayenne S coupe. I walked in to the dealership for a few minutes and started looking around and he was the first one to ask me if he could help me which I really really appreciated.I made three trips to the dealership over about a month span, had some phone calls, and texting and I really appreciate how Maurice was so genuine and kind. It takes me a long time to make a decision and I I never felt pressured and he had a lot of patience with me. 10/10 experience. They work on pricing with you to find something in your range. They even take the time to show you how to use the car. Looks like I’m hooked on the Porsche brand now all from this experience I had with this dealership plus you can never go wrong with a Porsche.

I had a fantastic experience working with Casey at Porsche Atlanta Northeast. It started with an online inquiry about the Macan I wanted, followed by a phone call, texts, and eventually a visit to the dealership. When I arrived, the car was ready out front for a test drive, and most of the paperwork was already complete. The staff was professional, and the coffee bar in the reception area was a nice touch. My experience at this dealership was absolutely flawless. I have a 911 that I purchased from another Porsche Dealership in Roswell where my experience was sub-par. When my wife and I found ourselves in the market to trade in our other vehicle, I assumed the experience would be a similar disappointment; I was dead wrong. The trade in process was painless. Took all of 10 minutes for them to evaluate my trade and came up with a very fair offer. Our sales rep was Casey, and she knocked it out of the park! I prefer to work my vehicle deals via text and email so I'm not spending hours on end at a dealership waiting for the bank to get back to the sales manager. She was extremely responsive every step of the way. We chose a beautiful 2021 Cayenne GTS. Once I filled out a credit app, I was contacted by the finance manager, Paul, who immediately sent over the numbers and allowed me to docusign most of the paperwork from the comfort of my office. Once I took delivery, I was in the F&I office for all of 5 minutes. I signed a few forms, did a walkaround of the new vehicle, moved all of my personal belongings from my old vehicle, and drove off. Took all of 15-20 minutes. When you're buying a premium product like a Porsche, you expect premium service. Porsche Atlanta Northeast absolutely delivered on this. I will ONLY be coming back to this dealership for any/all of the Porsche vehicles I choose to purchase in the future. Bottom line: OVERALL BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD when buying a vehicle. If you're in the market for a Porsche, make sure you come to this dealership, and make sure you ask for Casey! You won't be disappointed!
