We had an extremely disappointing experience at this

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, and I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this location due to their unethical practices and poor customer service. After being persistently contacted by their salesperson, we agreed to a deal for $52,000 out-the-door, inclusive of all taxes, registration, and associated fees. We then drove approximately eight hours to finalize the purchase. Upon arrival, however, they claimed necessary changes to the vehicle, increasing the price to $57,000—clearly exploiting our commitment and travel investment. Furthermore, despite my exceptional credit score of 826, they bypassed BMW's financing options and insisted on using Ally Bank, resulting in an unfavorable 8% APR. To compound matters, the finance department was notably rude when I declined to add optional protection packages. Overall, this dealership engages in deceptive tactics, rudeness, and customer exploitation; I highly recommend avoiding them entirely.

My husband and I purchased our first BMW from Terik in

My husband and I purchased our first BMW from Terik in Pompano. He is the brightest, friendliest and most accommodating to us. Thank you for everything ❣️❣️..He is definitely an asset to the company. My family is on our 7th BMW and the ride and performance

My family is on our 7th BMW and the ride and performance speak to the brand. However, I live in Southwest Florida and drove over 110 miles to deal with Pompano BMW because of Tarik Graham - Sales Associate. He listened to our needs, added value by helping us understand incentives and advised the rest of the team about our needs as well so our experience could be painless. A special thanks to Russ in Finance as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else honestly and if you seek a positive experience and professionalism vs a “cars salesman” , Tarik and Pompano Beach BMW is the place to go. Tarik is the best person at BMW I have ever dealt with. The drive was worth it!

At first I would rate my experience as.

At first I would rate my experience as. 5 star rating.....but as time went on I realized my experience was not 5 star. Our salesman Milson was terrific, great personality and efficient. I was an out of state buyer and I paid cash for my vehicle purchase. Here is where my experience declined. I was informed by finance dept that my purchase would be a turn-key registration in Mass. as sales tax was applied and my vehicle was insured before being loaded for transport. Upon arrival of vehicle in Mass I went to register my vehicle and was declined. It was not an easy transition, too date (4/10 - purchase made on 3/27) my vehicle still remains un-registered and I still do not have title in hand.....I paid cash.....it is my truck, I have no title and still I am being declined as the process from the Morgan group of BMW is not by any means concerned with expediting my ability to register.....this is NOT how the process was explained upon purchase. It certainly has changed my disposition on experiencing a positive transaction. If Morgan BMW doesn’t provide title for registration I have been told it can take 3 to 4 weeks, hardly the outcome I was told at purchase. I am greatly disappointed.l understand an out of state purchase can be more involved, but the total derailment of customer satisfaction is unacceptable compared to the ease of completion that was explained to me at BMW Pompano. For the first time ever buying a car at a dealership the gas tank was empty when I got the car. Every dealership has given a courtesy fill up upon purchase.until now. (At my age I have bought MANY.)
