Genesis of Englewood

This time the service was good. They picked up my car from my house and gave me a loaner.

We went for maintenance and they tried to tell us we needed thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. And after the maintenance our car still tells us it needs maintenance every time we start the car.

I will give the dealership a pass on the setup of the waiting area, because I understand they just acquired the brand. But my expectation is that it will be seriously improved, because my Honda waiting area experience should not better than a premium brand experience.

I was dropping my car off to get the coating on the inside And was greeted with a warm smile. At no point this feel like a chore it felt like me end up with friends to drop my car off.
