1. I was annoyed that it took so long to get an appointment regarding my brakes. 2. I was also annoyed that I just purchased the car certified preowned and it was clear that the brakes were not inspected because if they were, they wouldn't have passed inspection. That suggests either the car wasn't inspected or they rushed through the inspection, knowing that you wanted to get the car off the lot before the end of the Memorial Day weekend. 3. The service was good when I finally had my appointment and I'm satisfied with the work that was done and the outcome. 4. I am hoping that the brake issue was a fluke in the inspection process and that no additional issues are identified that should've been caught in the CPO inspection process.

This was my first experience with Genesis of Englewood.
This was my first experience with Genesis of Englewood. My original dealer where I purchased my car new no longer sells or services Genesis. After multiple trips to that original dealership to repair an issue that arouse after about six months of ownership, the issue was never properly repaired. At Genesis of Englewood, after explaining the problem to Kelly, the Service manager at GOE, and the service technician, instead of a runaround, they acknowledged the problem and ordered a replacement part and will schedule a visit to install. So far, so good. As a previous Lexes customer of about twenty seven years, I was used to a very high quality service experience. I love my GV70, in fact choose it over the Lexus RX350. Again thanks to GOE service manager Kelly for giving me optimism that Genesis warranty service may be closer to the Lexus service experience which kept me a loyal customer for twenty seven years.
