Honda of Owings Mills always has appointments available to accommodate my busy schedule and I love the text messages and updates via text. Definitely helpful. My service advisor Tyrus was very friendly and helpful all throughout the whole process.

Undergoing renovations but I wouldn?t go anywhere else. They helped me with a problematic Honda and finally couldn?t keep up with repairs. Just leased a 2026 CRV and love it. Had nail in tire and got it fixed.

Needed the mandatory recall for air bags. Made an appointment for 10 am on 27-Apr-2026 at Honda Owings Mills (Maryland USA). The service agent said it will be 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, that said another 1.5 hours. Why bother making an appointment if it still needs 4 hours to update a software fix? Horrible service. Seems everyone is waiting for 3-4 hours minimum. Looks like a trend and not an exception. Eventually they were not able to complete the fix as well. So 4 hours wasted in the dealership without any result.
