Had a very pleasurable experience all around with them. Patrick was super attentive and so helpful with the entire process. Delivery was exceptional and the car arrived as is. I lucked out with these guys! Totally recommended!

Patrick and Jason are absolute PERFECTION!

Patrick and Jason are absolute PERFECTION!!!! - I live in New England but saw a vehicle on the website and wanted to know more. After reaching out, I was hooked up with Patrick Hoeflinger who was amazing. At every turn, he and Jason Rysh, made the purchase (paperwork and all that jazz) seamless. The car arrived about a week ago, on a car carrier, and I couldn't be happier. It's an amazing vehicle and I would recommend working with them whenever you are in the market for a car!!!! I have been and will be, giving Patrick's name out to any of my friends and colleagues in the market for a new vehicle.

Patrick delivered an exceptional experience.

Patrick delivered an exceptional experience. He provided frequent updates on the status of the vehicle I was interested, and explained every part of the process from price, negotiations, trade-in, delivery in detail. He was also very personable and pleasant to work with. I was expecting the typical dealership games but instead completed the transaction feeling I everything was conducted fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Patrick if you are in the market for the vehicles they sell!

Awesome Experience!

Working with Mitch was a very pleasant experience! Mitch was knowledgeable on all aspects of all the cars we looked at and test drove. He was not in a rush to sell us a car and made the morning relaxing, if that is possible buying a car! Mitch also help us work out a solution for shipping our Boxster to Florida. Overall, working with Mitch was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend his assistance to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Excellent Customer Service!

We recently purchased a Bentayga from your Bentley dealership. I just wanted to share a few highlights from our experience. First off, Dan Ricci was excellent. We have worked together in the past and he continues to offer exceptional customer service. He always goes the extra mile and is extremely courteous and patient. He represents your dealership very well. Mitch Wolf also assisted in the purchase and was incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV and the Bentley product overall. He worked hard for the sale but never came across in a pushy manner. He kept in contact an appropriate amount and never made me feel overwhelmed. Mitch came to our house and programed our garage door openers for the Bentayga and my Porsche Cayenne, that I also leased though your dealership. It was closing hour but he still drove over and made sure the cars were all set for us. We were very pleased with our entire experience. You have two first rate employees in Dan and Mitch!

Considerate, Knowledgeable, Professional

The salesman, Brian Stang was excellent to work with. I was expecting a long drawn out process but he made it very comfortable for me to discuss my needs. I would most surly recommend Brian as the salesman to looks for when using your Dealership.

They dont stand behind their used cars

My wife purchased a Quattro. after less than 5000 miles and total of 42,000, need to replace both front swing arms. Fady explained it was "normal wear" and it didn't show up on their original inspection so they won't cover it. This is not normal and there is a difference between wear and damage. He was clear that it's wear and normal. Last time we do business with them.
