Write a reviewI don't even want to give a 1 star.
I don't even want to give a 1 star. We have a Chevy motor home that is very much under warranty. We called for an appointment for a repair and advised them it was a Chevy under warranty. The appointment service said to take it to Ciocca Ford in York as it would get repaired faster than at the Chevy dealer. So appointment was made. Told the ford dealer it was under warranty multiple times, all they said was oh and continued to service the vehicle. They didn't say anything about, we can't service under a Chevy warranty or let me check to see if we can service a Chevy vehicle under warranty. Told them many times it was under warranty. They came back and said the bill will be $1,000+ and told them again the vehicle is under warranty. It was like talking to the wall--so frustrating. Service manager was rude; he couldn't understand why we were upset. We ended up having to pay a diagnostic charge (which again, should have been covered by warranty) and pulling the vehicle from the Ford dealer and making an appointment with the Chevy dealer (who has been extremely pleasant to deal with and said this problem has happened many times before). When we got the vehicle home, we noticed damage to the wheel fender cover and the stainless steel exhaust pipe. I called the Ford dealer's service manager, left message because no one answered, and it has been 4 hours and no return call yet. This dealership is horrible. Also discovered at home that the tech who test drove the motor home, must have driven it like a race car. Everything in cabinets was thrown forward, everything in the bathroom was thrown all over the place. We just drove the vehicle 6 hours on vacation on highways and back roads and nothing had moved for us. You don't drive a motor home like you do a car--you respect their size and ability to tip. I guess now we learned why the Ford Ciocca dealer in York had an immediate appointment available--service must be slow, I don't need to wonder why. Want to know who is going to pay for the damage.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you've been through. We want to start by apologizing for the miscommunication around your vehicle’s warranty and how the situation was handled. You deserved better, and it’s clear we didn’t meet the standard of honesty and respect that every customer should expect from us. While our intention is always to assist customers promptly, especially when referred from another location, it is apparent we missed critical steps in verifying warranty eligibility and setting clear expectations before work was performed. Your concerns about communication, billing, and the lack of follow-up are entirely valid and not in line with the standards we aim to uphold. As for the damage you noticed and your concerns about how the motorhome was test-driven, please know we’re treating this with urgency. Our team will review everything; technician notes, diagnostics, and any available video, to get a full picture of what happened. We’ll be reaching out directly to discuss next steps and how we can make things right. We really do appreciate your patience, and we’re committed to not only resolving this issue but also learning from it so we can serve our customers better moving forward.
Well here's my nightmare cause by this ford service shop
Well here's my nightmare cause by this ford service shop on route 30 in york pa . There was absolutely nothing wrong with my truck. I took it in simply to get my spark plugs replaced since it was due. They highly recommend getting my fuel system port injector cleaning as well at that time like a fool of said OK the problem is they offered a service that they knew was a known issue. After they completed the service, my truck started making this really loud popping sound. What happened is when they "cleaned it" they crated this issue "replace intake manifold, port injector o rings. runners gummed up causing popping noise, binding on internal rod that controls that controls flaps in intake manifold" (copy and paste it from work order). And then they had the audacity to charge me for the incompetent job they did in the first place! Now that's bad enough when they were doing the repairs for the damage that they created and charged me for. They call me and say my window washer fluid is coming out of my grill. Well, I would God well hope so I bought a high-end truck. It has a camera cleaner. You wanted to charge me almost 1000 to take apart and screw with something that's 100% working properly. Obviously, with that phone call, I told them not to touch any other part of my truck I am saying if you are looking to have damage created and to get screwed out of you money i'm sure they will be more than happy to help if you're looking for an honest ford.Dealership, there are others here in york pennsylvania!.

Amanda Dellinger was fantastic!
Amanda Dellinger was fantastic! Kept me updated on my Ford Edge, called me right back when I had a question, and was very kind and respectful. Car issues happen, at least next time I know I can count on Amanda to make it a lot less stressful!

Sold me a used car with new inspection and oil change,
Sold me a used car with new inspection and oil change, turns out the rear differential was low on oil and will cost 1500 to repair new brakes put on bad rotors in the rear and the rear swaybar was broken and has 2 small oil leaks that can clearly be seen by a mechanic when on a lift, mechanic must've been high on drugs when he inspected this car.

Hi there, we sincerely apologize that you did not have a positive experience with us. We will take your feedback to our management team for an opportunity to improve our processes.
Went into to look at a used f350.
Went into to look at a used f350. Like the truck and the offer on my trade was good. A few things were wrong with the truck, none of it major. Hubs wouldn’t turn (they said they fix that). Given something so obvious was wrong, they let me have the truck over night. I told them that I’d have it looked at by my mechanic. Nothing significant, shocks were shot, tires were beyond the age to pass inspection and a small oil leak fixed by an o-ring. After dropping it off and noting a few things. Two days later I got a call back saying it wasn’t the truck for me. And that other than fixing the hubs there was nothing else they were will to do. Told me to find another vehicle. When discussing the issues, the sales manager got visibly agitated and asked who I had had look at it. Started raising his voice and stormed off. I even told the sales guy let me know what you guys will do and we will figure it out. I guess they don’t need to disclose issues to the next buyer and they prob have a line of people waiting to buy it.
