Easy pull in and drop off. Customer service was friendly and acknowledged me. The video of the car inspection is great! Clean area for waiting in. It was also nice to have a quick tour of where restrooms were and the waiting area since I hadn’t been to the dealership before. An Explanation of the repairs was nice as well without added pressure. Very professional.
