My appointment was at 9 and my vehicle wasn't taken until

My appointment was at 9 and my vehicle wasn't taken until 40 minutes later. I was there for almost 2 hours. I love the people but appointments need to be closer to the time as possible. Y'all are great though

Leon gave me a ride home.

Leon gave me a ride home... and my care was don't quicker than I expected... however the one request I made was that when topping off my fluids that the windshield wiper fluid not be included... Emily said she would make the worker know, but the windshield fluid was topped off and when I need to use it the fluid didn't work well anymore
