Frank came right up to me and ask what he could do for me. No pressure. He was just there to assist. We looked at what colors were available and he let me drive a couple different trim packages. Pricing was an easy process. Went went back and forth a few times. Always done in a professional manner and we settled on the terms. There were no high pressure pushes to get upgrades and warranties. I purchased a Jetta in 2017 and had a great experience at the Volkswagen dealer in Crystal lake. That is the reason I came to shop for a Tiguan. Tim was very helpful, and gave me a lot of insight on models, upgrades and cost. Casey and Eric were also friendly and made the process smooth. I ended up leasing a Tiguan on May 18th. I am very happy with my decision and cost of the vehicle.
