Stay away from this dealership!

Stay away from this dealership! I was almost buying a red AMG GT R with 12,700 miles on it, after negotiating(better to say agreeing on their car price and warranty price as they didn’t do a single cent of discount for either of them) I said I will need to do an inspection. They approved the shop at my expense and told me there is no way I can find anything as they already have done thorough inspection. Guess how the report came: Some relatively smaller stuff but the biggest problem was engine oil leak. Something that there is no way a proper technician would be able to miss. I was extremely disappointed and told them that I am not going to buy the car(its a super car, and no one wants to deal with opening up that engine for such a relatively new car to fix it). This of course could be error from technicians only, but still it made me lose 450$!! As far as for the overall experience, I am still not satisfied with them. One of the sales person told me there is no modification whatsoever on the car. After inspection I was told the car’s exhaust was replaced with an aftermarket one. How come they don’t know about this? This just speaks about how incompetent their team is in general. And after all they didn’t even apologized for my loss. Soo disappointed. Never going to recommend anyone do business with them on ANY of used cars

Do NOT take your Rover here for any type of service! I purchased a 2023 Range Rover Sport here in September and have only been taking it here for the complimentary wash since it’s a block away from my home. I had purchased a roof rack and box here and had it installed here and asked for a wash. They decided to hand wash the car and scratched the whole car. The day it was washed, it was sprinkling and I had drove it directly home parked it in the garage and had not driven it for a week. I finally noticed the scratches and contacted Brandon the service advisor and he said they will take care of it. Now that I brought the vehicle in he gives us the worst service and tells us that they will never wash our car again and gives us the sense that he thinks we are xxxxxxxxxxxx and trying to get a free detail. WOW. Why would I make that up? $1000 to fix the scratches on my car is pocket change. I am giving them the opportunity to fix their mess up. Apparently that sign “Customer is always right” doesn’t apply at all. Definitely will not be purchasing anymore vehicles or getting service done here.

This is by far my favorite Land Rover dealership, out of the four I’ve patronized over the past decade. The entire staff is phenomenal, especially my service advisor E. Berhe. He is trustworthy, transparent, consistent, and most importantly competent. I highly recommend.

My experienced was very robotic.

My experienced was very robotic. They only cared about the sale. I paid cash for a vehicle and they pressured me into buying a wrap for the car which costed 3800$ which they said would take two days then told me it would take a week. After I complained about it they agreed to do it in 2 days but did a rush job and damaged my vehicle. The damage was minor yet noticeable. I will never go to this dealer again. I also explained to them I am autistic which did not make any difference in how they treated me.
