it is my daughter first new car an outlander and she loves it and am very satisfied with the service department and the professionalism of the whole dealership and am confident that if there are any issues with her outlander or for her scheduled services she will be taken care of honestly and with courtesy especially liked the car was washed and cleaned a small service like that makes a big difference in other dealerships it makes you feel like they appreciate your time and being a customer

They offered a free oil change this time along with an inspection and car wash and did not pressure me to have more services done. The wait was about 90 minutes in a nice waiting area which I found acceptable but happy it did not take much longer. I had contact with three different staff members and all were very pleasant and seemed happy to help.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They are a buy here/pay here organization and do not allow you to use external financing. The cost of their cars is higher than the market value and they also try to increase their profits by driving your interest rate up. I was also sold a car with an after market key that was not an authentic brand key which does not allow you to purchase a manufacturer key which will work with the inauthentic key they provided. Their financing department is also cause for concern. It took them two months to pay off my initial auto loan. Had I not been making payments it would have negatively impacted my credit. The dealership is also unstable in and incommunicative. My salesman or finance manager would not return calls regarding my issues. A month after I purchased the vehicle I was informed they were no longer working at the dealership. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and are looking for a high quality product that adheres to the manufacturers standards.
