Melissa was awesome.

Melissa was awesome. She kept in constant contact throughout. She seemed very diligent about getting our car done as quickly as possible. She was also very transparent about the time it would take. Melissa was also very polite and friendly every time I spoke with her.

Lisa is absolutely the best to work with!

Lisa is absolutely the best to work with! Serra Hyundai of Traverse City was my husband and I's first stop to test drive the 2025 Santa Fe. Lisa came right out into the snowbank and greeted us, she dove right in to find out what we were looking for. We had some pretty tough circumstances to work around. Lisa did not pressure us in anyway. We told her we had a few other vehicles we wanted to drive first before we made a decision. We shook hands and went about our search for a new vehicle. In Large part we went back to purchase from Lisa at Serra Hyundai of Traverse City because of her knowledge of the vehicle we wanted, the financing process and how much she made us feel like we were old friends. Lisa made our vehicle buying experience very stress free and easy! I recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. She has followed up with me several times and has been available for any questions I've had since. I can not express enough how much I appreciate sales consultants like Lisa!

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

I was ready for my next vehicle.

I was ready for my next vehicle. I was shopping around trying different vehicles. When I test drove a Hyundai Tuscon SEL, I knew that was my next vehicle. JC Guillen helped me from start to finish. He was very helpful, professional and explained the process to me since I had not leased a vehicle for many, many years. Thank you JC. I would recommend Serra Hyundai and especially JC Guillen.

Lisa Harris is the best car salesperson I bought a car

Lisa Harris is the best car salesperson I bought a car from. I rate my experience as exceeding excellent for every aspect of my buying experience. Not only was she very professional, she was very courteous and speedy with answers for everything I asked about. When I asked a difficult question about towing on a car dolly behind our motorhome she had the answer in minutes. I checked with another dealer about the same question several times and before contacting her and the other dealer was not able to provide any kind of an answer that was helpful. With Lisa's thorough answer I decided to buy the in stock vehicle from her. I called one day and picked up the car the next. The new car demo at delivery was very informing and helpful. Great job from everyone and don't think twice about buying from them. The dealership is clean and updated from the complimentary food bar in the showroom to the bathrooms and beyond. More than a 5 star rating is earned by them.
