Stopped without appoitment

Living out of state I have had no previous experience with any Honda dealer in Florida. My tire pressure light came on as I was driving by the Ron Norris Honda dealership. I walked in and after explaining this to Jason behind the counter, he asked Tech Sam to check it out. Both gentlemen were very prompt, professional and a great asset to your company. Thanks guys for helping even to the "out of staters"! Much appreciated!!

Pleasure to Deal With

I purchased a used Fiat and they were a pleasure to deal with. Richard Claxton was accommodating and easy to deal with. No pressure experience!!

The only car dealer I will ever trust!

John Dunn and the team at Ron Norris Honda are amazing! I purchased a used vehicle from John, and he was more caring and knowlegeable than I ever thought was possible. Even though it was not a new vehicle. John listened to all of my needs and concerns, and made sure all of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. John showed what a caring and dedicated person he is, by going above and beyond what he had to do. He knew the vehicle was going to be driven a long distance immediately, and arranged to have it thoroughly inspected before releasing it to me. A few minor items were detected, and addressed, ensuring an uneventful road trip. I will never shop anywhere else for a new, or used vehicle. Way to go John!

Awesome costumer service

Eric, from the service center is awesome! He goes above and beyond to take care of his costumers. We were completely satisfied with our vehicle inspection that he performed and just recently I was in a jam with a locked lug nut on a flat tire and no key to get it off, and he sent someone to my house to help me out. The Honda service center will forever be our go too.

Do not buy here. Try space coast

Went to buy a car spent over an hour came in next day said yes and they said ok and called and said we can come get it then come to find out the same salesman sold the car to someone else after the same salesman told us to come get it. Manager was rude by telling me to shut my mouth while he explained and admitted to there mistake and said they would search other Honda dealers to find one. Don’t worry about it. Went to space coast and actually got a better deal and the car we wanted in stock. Actually they have about a hundred more Honda’s in stock.

Best Honda Dealership

May 30, 2018 update: Ron Norris is a new-car dealership simply outshines any other car dealer that I've had business with over 50 years. All of the employees of the nicest people that you'll ever meet. I purchased a new Honda from his Honda dealership and received the best price better then any other Honda dealership that I went to throughout Central Florida. According to a National Consumer nonprofit magazine, the price they gave me was only a little over their cost. Sadly, Mr. Ron Norris recently passed away... He will be truly missed by his family, friends, and myself. He left a wonderful Legacy for Titusville. Best Honda dealer in Florida with no local dealer markups like many dealers add on stickers. Very willing to discount resulting in better prices than other Honda dealers anywhere in Florida. They are the friendliest and most kind folks!! They are OUR Titusville "home-town" car sales and repair center 🌞 I love their new buildings... Fantastic design and I bet their repair crews love their air-conditioned repair shop. Everything is soooooo spotlessly clean !!!! Thank You!

The Best Buying Experience EVER!!!!!!!

I brought a 2006 z4 completely online, Jim Wood was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I am 50 and have brought many cars, this buying experience was the best i have ever had. Jim took the time to go over car for me to the point he took pictures of some very tiny marks on paint and sent them via text so I could see. I also did not realize the front and back BMW emblems where worn from time. Jim took it upon himself to order the replacements for me, I have never experience this level of honesty at any dealership. When I went and picked up car it was a 4 hour drive car was spotless ready to go, the car being a 2006 was brought as is and should be for the age. As I drove back home, I had issues with the headlights which i found out is common with z4. I never called because car was as is, also the dealership would have no way of knowing because the issue occurs from time to time, so I brought the car into my local dealer to get fix, here is the best part of my Ron Norris Honda/Jim Wood experience, Jim gave me a call later the same day i brought car in for repairs to ask how my drive home was I told him great and explained the headlight issue, he asked me to send him bill and he would see what he could do. At this point I was stunned, think about it I purchased a car as is, my experience with every other dealership is they would have said oh well. Not Jim Wood, he agreed to pay half the repair bill which for a BMW was very expensive. As I write this I still can't put to words what an amazing group of people work at RON NORRIS HONDA. If anyone reads this and is skeptical ask Jim for my number I would be happy to tell you about what a great dealership this is. Again I am 4 hours from this dealership and will use them every time I buy a car in the future.

Sales Manager with no manners or respect

After careful review of the minivan, I finally decided to purchase. I thought since I was already approved by my bank that this would be simple. We wrote a sale order and was ready to buy but we waited and waited. Finally, after a few hours of waiting and very frustrated, I was approached by the sales manager that didn't care one bit about selling me the van. Instead, he wanted us to come back another day and try to get a deal. I don't understand what went wrong but when I didn't agree to drive back 45 minutes to a dealer that could not sell the van that night, he closed my file and walked past me as if I had done something wrong. We gave every chance to make the deal by calling ahead of time, providing our bank that pre-approved and even having a tag to put on the van. I felt the least they could do was accommodate my needs since we both worked the next few days. It was a shame the salesman was wonderful but the manager was rude and didn't want the sale. Luckily for us, we left and found a newer van with a better price at Southeastern Honda, they made everything happen that night with kindness and respect.

Tire Road Hazard Service

I brought our 2013 Honda CRV in this morning because one of the tires had a slow leak due to a nail that we'd picked up. The lady that was at the service desk was relatively snippy and told me that I'd need to leave our car with her for the whole day or make an appointment for Monday. She kept telling me that they were understaffed and couldn't take care of the tire right then. Mind you I know that it takes about 20 minutes to plug a tire. I asked her if we could make an appointment for later in the day and I could bring it back then. The answer remained that I'd have to leave the car with them until they got around to it. I'm mainly writing this to commend the young tech that ended up taking care of the tire for us.I believe that his name was Steve. Seeing that I was becoming upset and that I wasn't getting anywhere with the service desk lady he asked me if we'd mind waiting about 30 minutes. His professionalism and great customer care needs to be recognized. He took my keys from me and within 20 minutes came back to me to tell me that he'd fixed the tire and that we were ready to go. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to get outside of the box and solve our problem for us. Kudos Steve!!! I will return for service in the future, hopefully I can bypass the service lady.
