Easiest vehicle purchase ever.

Easiest vehicle purchase ever. I knew what I wanted and Quentin made it happen. Contacted them about the vehicle on a Saturday and drove it away on Monday. Financing and trade-in were all coordinated online before my arrival at the dealership. 30 minutes of signing paperwork and I was out the door with my new ride. Well done!

They kept us there for over 4 hours, most of time, not

They kept us there for over 4 hours, most of time, not giving us an update about the financing process. They general manger kept demanding that we give them a $1,000 dollars down or we couldn't give us the car. The finance guy we saw at the end of four hours was not very friendly or helpful. I doubt we go back. One of the worst car shopping experience I had.

got est for repairs on 02 chry van , then got a call

got est for repairs on 02 chry van , then got a call mechanic ordered wrong parts & the cost went up $1400.00, my van with parts removes (you got me). At the cost of labor the mechanic should know the right parts to order The mech should not be paid my me for his error.

I had my car inspection this January i told them to check

I had my car inspection this January i told them to check my fluids she said it has been done but i need certain things flush i said what can i get done 1st 1/19/25 my engine light came on the coolant is low how is that taking care of my car checking my fluids it was check and the code P0128 i said but it was check there are no leaks in my car just like the work before this i am not satisfied i feel you all just don’t care about good service lying to people
