I have never encountered such rudeness from a manager in

I have never encountered such rudeness from a manager in my life. I asked why he was trying to push a MotorTrend warranty costing $495 for only 7,500 miles of coverage. The fact is, the vehicle already carries a manufacturer’s warranty with 15,000 miles or three years remaining. Caveat Emptor — buyer beware. The manager offered no explanation; his final words were, “…and I am not taking it off.”
