Hello, my wife and I came in to the dealership

Hello, my wife and I came in to the dealership fsda shopping for a new vehicle. We were welcomed by Mr. Jalen Lindsey. He showed us around, took us on test drives. The young man was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he showed us. He even suggested the car that we eventually bought. The sales staff was helpful, and courteous. I would like to thank Jalen Lindsey, and Andrew Grane for making our car buying experience smooth, and successful.

Bought a vehicle from them back at the end of August.

Bought a vehicle from them back at the end of August. The buying experience was multiple delays and numerous attempts to sway me away from my buying plans. The final purchase felt rushed; though I understood the reasons for it. However, the biggest gripe is it has been over two months since my purchase and my license plate has yet to arrive. I've checked with the Department of Revenue - Vehicle Division and my local tag office multiple times; they have reported the documentation has yet to be started.

I wanted to share my horrible experience with this

I wanted to share my horrible experience with this dealership from the start of the transaction to the current situation. It took over two months from the time we agreed on a price to receive the vehicle, the paperwork, and register it due to the turnover at this dealership and their unresponsiveness. I live out of state and we had agreed on a final price that was to include all state fees including taxes, registration fees, and tag fees over the phone in mid-August. Originally, the sales associate, Lucas, and Sales Manager, Myron, were short with me and had a hard time answering my questions, but they worked with me to figure out the sale process and how to ship the car to me. This process wound up taking about two weeks - I paid for the car on August 24 and filled out the paperwork, but I did not receive the car until mid- September. Even the sales paperwork process was odd as the car was never pre-owned or registered with Kia, but they marked it as used and told me this is a normal part of the process since the dealership was sold to another dealership. I shrugged off some of the communication and paperwork issues because I assumed I would no longer need to worry about the dealership itself once I received the vehicle. However, the real issues started once I received the car. The car was brand new but arrived with scratches on the sides. In addition, the car was already registered on the Kia app that I later learned was by an associate of the dealer. In addition, the car was missing the floor mats on the window sticker. I called Lucas and he informed me that he no longer worked in this division and couldn’t help me. Myron promised me that he would send over touch-up paint (I asked them to pay for a body shop to repair but they refused) and the floor mats. I waited for multiple weeks and kept following up and was promised that they would be sent. I still have not received the floor mats/touch-up paint and its now been two months. In addition to all of this, it took over two months to receive the certificate of origin and the temporary tags expired. During this wait - I called Myron and he informed me that he no works at this dealer and Lucas transferred. The original title person has also left the company so I was stuck with an undriveable car because of expired temporary tags and they were in no rush to help me fix the matter. I could not even get anyone at the dealer to send me an updated temporary tag! Once the certificate of origin finally arrived yesterday after multiple calls back and complaints, they sent me an incorrect bill of sale showing a “balance” so the DMV in my state would not issue tags stating that the car should have a lien since it showed a balance. After spending over four hours on the phone with the dealer, I got them to agree to send an updated bill of sale but I had to burn a day of vacation to deal with them. In addition, the purchase price that was supposed to include all fees, they went back on their word and claimed that they never include out of state taxes and fees even though it was clearly stated that it would. I had to pay an additional $1,000 for out of state taxes. TAKE. YOUR. BUSINESS.ELSEWHERE. This is the worst dealer I’ve ever interacted with.
