Chris Parker is one of the best salesman we have ever

Chris Parker is one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. He went over everything, explained how all the options worked & delivered the SUV to the house. I'm a disabled Vet & required a hitch to be installed. Chris on his own time installed the hitch at the house. Talk about customer support & service, WOW. Over the top. This is the second car we got from Chris & KIA and we were bounced around, We were looking for Chris & found him at Jeff Smith KIA in Perry. He seems to be gaining a following. Everyone that is looking for a car I point them in Chris's way. When we get our next SUV it's going to be Chris's sale. We will be following him to make sure he's our go to sales guy. Way to go Chris. Your the best.

Austin in the service dept is very unprofessional.

Austin in the service dept is very unprofessional. He had my car for 5 months said it was the engine but refused to fix the car and said the car with 40 thousand miles was not covered and call the police on me because I asked about my car

Do not buy a Kia from Jeff Smith Kia in Perry ,Ga.

Do not buy a Kia from Jeff Smith Kia in Perry ,Ga. Do not buy Kia either, purchased a 2018 Kia Optima in 2020 , and I was at dealership 10 times in 2022. The car burns oil, and the service department (Austin) said I did not meet requirements for Kia to replace the engine that is under warranty and recall. I called the manufacturer Kia and the representative told me a car with 50,000 miles is old, and I should be adding 3 quarts of oil in it every 1000 miles. She said that Austin at Kia in Perry stated "I did not meet Kia specifications to satisfy the oil test and approval for the replacement engine. I had so many oil consumption test in 2022 and I was told the engine was not 1 quart low. Their technician does the test on a hot engine that is running. I test my car in the morning before it is cranked up. Boy did I buy a lemon and pick a lemon Dealership. Nancy Evans
