They fulfilled my request almost immediately, the staff was always responsive to me, and made sure I didn't miss any detail I needed to know about the car

Aggressively deceptive practices.

Aggressively deceptive practices. Advertised a used 2025 Expedition for $36k. Salesperson confirmed it and gave me a written out-the-door breakdown for $39,931.50. Right after filling the credit application and before finalizing the purchase, they claimed it was 'sold,' then relisted it hours later for $63,920. Staff refused to transfer me to a manager no matter how many times I called and tried to speak to a manager, they also refused sharing the GM contact info, and offered a token max of $2k discount instead of honoring their written confirmation. I do have screenshots and proof of everything, reporting to the Georgia AG and FTC for bait-and-switch.

This dealership is a total disgrace.

This dealership is a total disgrace. Their salesman CLI Said, “Our dealership never demands on any vehicles any kind of Dealer Add on Charges above MSRP”. Well, after waiting 3 months to finally order my Dark Horse SC, They wanted and additional $30,000. I’m still waiting for a call from the General Manager. Sorry for taking so long to air my complaints about this so called Dealership however, I’m on duty at the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Coalition at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) in Tampa, during the attack on Israel. Absolutely the best dealership I’ve been to.

Absolutely the best dealership I’ve been to. They match the competitors price. No questions asked Erik. The sales person was phenomenal. And chib the finance manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with.

I recently visited the ALM Ford Marietta showroom to inquire about purchasing a car, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I asked about possible discounts and pricing details, the staff responded with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of explaining the options clearly, they seemed irritated by my questions. Even when I tried to speak with the manager, the response was not helpful and also felt dismissive. Customer service is extremely important when someone is planning to buy a car, and I expected a much more respectful and professional interaction. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. In addition, the vehicle prices seemed very high compared to what I have seen at other dealerships, and there was little willingness to discuss pricing or offer reasonable options. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this showroom. I hope they improve their customer service and treat future customers with more professionalism and respect.

I was so very disappointed with the "auto" responses from

I was so very disappointed with the "auto" responses from this dealership regarding an inquiry into an available used SUV. I was contacted immediately and told via email and text from the 'bot' that the car I was looking at was, in fact, available and I should come see it. Then the next day when I was on the way to the dealership for my approved visit, I got another confirmation that the car was still waiting on ME! However 15 minutes after receiving my text that 'MY' car was waiting on me, I arrive at the dealership (40 minutes away) and I'm told that, sorry, the car has been sold - oh, and they allowed that their 'bot' does this a lot! I will say the people working at the dealership were VERY nice, courteous and professional but the sour taste of being baited and switched by an AI Bot just did not sit well with me!

Bad experience trying to sell me new truck f 150 lariat

Bad experience trying to sell me new truck f 150 lariat …. they have it listed on their own website ALM for $ 57.000 and auto trader for $55.500 …. They tried to sell it to me for $59.000 they are crazy and I told him about it the finance manager said no after they ran my credit that I have excellent credit and I’m from another state of Florida was gonna go to state of Georgia to buy that truck please don’t buy from ALM FORD they lie, and they don’t promise what they have in their own website….. very bad experience

I drove approximately one hour from Ellenwood, GA, to ALM

I drove approximately one hour from Ellenwood, GA, to ALM Ford Marietta to service my 2022 Ford Bronco. On my first visit, I worked with Mr. Gary, who provided outstanding service—professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He correctly diagnosed a faulty purge valve as the cause of my engine light, which gave me confidence to return for the repair. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday afternoon for a purge valve replacement and oil change, and it was ready by noon the next day. The turnaround time was efficient and appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience at pickup was extremely disappointing. I noticed a dashboard warning light that had never appeared prior to service and asked my service advisor, Chelsea Johnson, for an explanation. She was unable to clearly explain the issue, provided incorrect information, and became dismissive and confrontational when I asked follow-up questions. Once the service manager became involved, the situation was handled professionally. He calmly explained that the warning was likely related to a low battery following service and clarified the start-stop system—information that should have been communicated initially. I remained professional throughout the interaction. Asking for an explanation about a new warning light after paying approximately $812 is entirely reasonable. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced from my assigned advisor overshadowed what could have been a positive visit. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to ALM Ford Marietta for future service.
