But more importantly the service I receive at this dealership is really unequalled compared to any other dealership I have purhcased a car from before. I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed. I'll buy my next Infiniti from this dealership and will certainly ask Ed for guidance when that occurs. You won't be disappointed if you work with Ed at the Infiniti of Akron. Steve Rosenberg

This location is horrible. I had scheduled service for my QX30 for November 7 @8:00 am. I had it towed and dropped off on October 27 to your dealership. I thought I would receive a call the afternoon of the 7th with information. But by 2:30 pm I still had no call. So I contacted your dealership and was told that they were still trying to diagnose the issue. By Wednesday November 12th 2:30 pm I still had not heard anything and called. I was again told that they were still looking into the issue and would recieve a return call that day. Today is November 14th and after having not heard anything from your dealership I called this morning at 11:10 only to not have my call answered by service nor reception. I left a message and waited all day for a return call and did not recieve one. I again called at 4:44 pm and no-one answered in service or reception. I again left a voicemail and finally recieved a call back. I was informed that my vehicle, which remember was to be looked at November 7th@8am, has not even been pulled inside yet to look at. To be clear today is November 14th and I was told that IT HASNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT YET. I was then informed that you have very few people to work on it and the guy who might work on it only works Monday thru Friday and they will try, TRY, to get it inside on Monday to look at. Then, if they can look at it, hopefully its a quick fix otherwise parts will have to be ordered. Unhappy is an understatement of how I have been treated. To add salt to the wound I emailed the General manager 3 times and heard back once. 1. The car didn't recieve a car wash 2. I wasnt notified of the brake fluid warning light that is showing 3. The white leather seats are now covered with black smudge marks 4. The bill I received doesnt even show the $200 credit that you said I would get. 5. I wasnt even offered a loaner vehicle which would have covered my cost of a rental vehicle that I had to provide due to your dealership lack of service and response. UPDATE: The gm did offer an apology and worked with me to resolve the issues. I thank him for doing what he could.

I bought a $40,000 Lexus suv from this company and they withheld information about the vehicles history for me only to find out a year later. Now they are very nasty when I talk to them. I was scammed, bad and they are now treating me like garbage when I call them. Horrible experience. ******buyer beware *******

The salesman did a very good, no pressure job of selling me a slightly used luxury/sport car. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and the sale process. Very professional. The finance director did a great job of explaining all of the extended warranties available. He also did a great job of explaining how the finances work.

Very nice friendly staff and most important - no pressure. Nice clean dealership and nice people working there. We stopped in just to take a look and bought a new 2023 QX55, as it slightly resembled the older FX models that were the best cars ever built.

Had to have another dealer diagnose the vehicle after brought in for insurance claim because Akron infinity could not fix and repair vehicle told us it need rear differential and was unable to be driven found out at another dealer transfer case was broken after taking back to infinity to replace transfer case that they missed got my car back tonight with some notes they left me all over the hood will be filling law suite. Worst dealer ever service manager couldn’t fix a pen if he tried and general manager Frank has no common sense stay away run go somewhere else trust me worst dealer ever

Frank wants to go to court so I’ll see you there , and after I win will be coming back for more. You damaged our vehicle. You miss diagnose the problem and got rid of the evidence but I have all original paperwork and photos. And will not tolerate what you did to our vehicle. Also have all the text messages jury will agree and you will be paying all my fees after I win and more hope Mike and Frank get to keep there jobs for there negligent service
