Grateful for loaner car and car wash.

Grateful for loaner car and car wash. Water pump replacement cost a LOT in labor - $500! But they did a good job and are very pleasant

Fantastic service would be an understatement!

Fantastic service would be an understatement!!! The entire team makes Victory Mazda San Leandro a victory!!! We went to get our Mazda CX5 serviced and ended up buying a new Mazda CX50 Hybrid! How good is your team to be able to do that? Especially when we weren't looking for a new car! Starting from Tommy R, we met with Dean K, Tam N, Dave (from SC) and ending with Ali E (who did our contract and loan), it was an experience beyond great and awesome! Everyone was like family!! We felt comfortable, never felt pressured to buy a new car, laughed, and hugged when we said our goodbyes!! Everyone was so helpful!! We learned about negotiation and financing. We even learned some French too!!! ;-) Overall a very, very, very wonderful experience! (Only thing, which is our fault, we wished we could have negotiated a bit better but that's on us not the Victory Mazda Team!)

The service was good, but I don’t understand why I was

The service was good, but I don’t understand why I was advised to replace the brake motor along with the brake pads. Additionally, the technician recommended replacing the rear shock absorber due to a leak. However, another Mazda dealer examined it and confirmed that there was no leak, so they did not recommend a replacement. Also, the pricing here is higher compared to the other dealer. That’s why I chose to have all the services done at the other dealership and only had the oil change done here.

Phay is great!

Phay is great! He listens and helped me with other needs as well. The service didn't take as long as I had thought, especially when I had a special request. I would highly recommend.
