Placed a deposit on a vehicle due to arrive 12/22/25 with the understanding that the vehicle would comply with my need to complete the transaction by year end. The dealer Groove Toyota accepted the “refundable deposit” but could not produce the vehicle as promised. I requested the refund as shown on my check but Groove never returned my deposit as agreed by negotiating my check and not refunding the deposit whrn they could not produce the vehicle in a timely manner as agreed when the deposit was made. No communication by the dealer regarding their refunding mjy deposit.
