Friendly service by Andrew, who set up the lease and gave us a slightly better deal than the completion and Kailie helped us to sign in to the Hyundai app. Also the finance guy didn't try to sell us unnecessary updates only an extra protection that might come in handy and reduces cost at the end of the lease.

I was at the service department for almost 4 hours and
I was at the service department for almost 4 hours and had a multi point inspection done, I was going to get an alignment but they had miscommunication since my tread depth was not matching and decided to hold off on the work and did not call me to ask me what I wanted to do. hours into the car sitting there.l they finally reached out and let me know they held off and decided to ask me if I wanted to wait around for an alignment still with my tire tread being so far off. I declined because I was not trying to spend 6 hours there. I got tired of waiting inside so I went and stood out front. When the car was completed I did not get contacted after another 30 minutes of waiting I had to go find them to get my car back. I scheduled an apportionment expecting 2 hours most likely but not 4. I will drive the extra hour to go to another Hyundai next time

A big thank you to Zach G. And staff at Mountain Hyundai on Broadway. Along with an oil change, I had a specific situation that could have been costly. At only 14K miles, I had a tire leak that was not repaired properly elsewhere. Zach and his team took the time to really examine the tire, do extra work to save it. What a relief as it could have turned out needing a new set of tires with the AWD. I am very impressed with everything about this location. Thank you kindly I appreciate you all & will be back??

After having some issues with other Hyundai dealers in the area, I checked out Mountain Hyundai hoping for a better experience. 8 was more than impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I was in and out of the dealership within a three hour period (any delays in the process were brought about by my own indecision and questions). Kaylee, in sales, and Ryan, in financing, were both a joy to work with. They were courteous, considerate, and helped me find the best deal on an EV as a first-time leaser. I am excited to continue to work with them and come back in the future!
