The service department is great.

The service department is great. Very attentive and made me feel very welcomed. Danny was very professional and helpful.

I dropped off my car on a Monday, when it was scheduled.

I dropped off my car on a Monday, when it was scheduled. I was told I should have it back that day or Tuesday at the latest depending on approval for warranty work. I finally got it back Thursday. Unfortunately I was suppose to leave for vacation Thursday morning......I had to call for updates Wednesday and Thursday. My adjuster even left early and couldn't talk to him. This is when I found which I believed I was lied to. Apparently the seals where bad on the part needed for the A/C and the mechanic had to pull the entire unit out to put in the new seals that was ordered. Then the next day the same seals were bad and had to be reordered, but it only took this mechanic an hour or so to replace them. Of course everyone was nice, the long time to get my car back and to believed I was lied to, left me feeling like I'm not sure if I want to come back. I would warn others everyone is nice but the service is slow.

I had the worst experience with this dealership I was sold a used car didn't last a year without having major issues. Never buy used from them.
