The service dept. was busy but still was efficient, courteous, and respectful to me, even for factory-authorized, complimentary work. I appreciate this very much!

Your service attendants were very polite and courteous.
Your service attendants were very polite and courteous. The work was done on a timely matter. The cashier was very pleasant. I was very impressed that the service manager took time to help the customers waiting since the service agent was tied up on a call. I do not see it as that’s his job though it might be. More like he was caring for the customer and his employee. A time affect. That’s the way go!
