Absolutely outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding! Augustine made sure everything was in order, and he was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Garret came out and explained everything that he was doing and how long it would take. Garrets customer service was over the top, he saved me valuable time. The lady behind the desk was also very friendly to everyone. You all have a great team.

Dealership fees were added to the price of car that

Dealership fees were added to the price of car that totaled 1999.00. I was told that these fees were required to purchase vehicle. I expressed that I did not want the extra fees which were LoJack and Appearance Warranty on the vehicle. Was told by Dwayne that Foundation Kia requires that those options be purchased with the vehicle. Total waste of my day trying to purchase a brand new Kia K4. Look at your contracts closely people! Thank God we walked away before the deal was done!

Eric was professional , friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. All the staff were helpful. I would totally buy another vehicle with Kia Wichita Falls and recommend it to my friends and family.

We dealt with Tom and Tucker during our time at

We dealt with Tom and Tucker during our time at Foundation and they were both top notch. Both were very attentive and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions we had. I even visited Tom a couple of times after the sale and he was always respectful and helpful.
