Not very helpful Not very helpful. Had better experience at other Honda dealerships. Might just stick to Chevy and Toyota.

My experience with the dealership was good overall. The waiting time was reasonable, the employee was kind and helpful. I appreciated how they sent a text update explaining what services were needed — it made the process clear and easy to follow.

The dealership couldn’t be nicer both the mechanics and

The dealership couldn’t be nicer both the mechanics and the people that greeted me, especially Serafin. I don’t recall the mechanic’s name, but he came out and explained everything to me before and afterwards, and it was very helpful. It was an awesome experience and I plan on coming back even though I live 40 minutes away.

Very attentive and friendly staff.

Shannon was amazing!

Shannon was amazing! Previously, I'd had a bad experience at Pye Honda. In fact, I refused to go back after that. When I saw that they were bought out, I went down there to give them a chance. I'm so glad that I did. Shannon takes the time to explain things to you, he listens to you and makes sure you feel heard and seen. I can't say enough.Good things about Shannon!!
