I would like to commend Neil Patel, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process easy and stress-free for me. He was very transparent and even followed me up few days after the sale, making sure everything was going well with the car.

This dealership truly makes car buying stress free. It was my first time buying a brand new car (Pre-owned buyer usually) and the experience was unmatched. We have ALWAYS taken our cars to the dealership for

We have ALWAYS taken our cars to the dealership for service. We never minded paying a bit more to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Bosak Honda service department is the WORST Honda service department we have ever used. They told us we needed a new transmission. My husband specifically asked them if flushing the fluids was an option and was told no. We thought about trading my car in for something else and someone from sales was supposed to call us. 3 days later, after my husband had called repeatedly waiting to hear from the sales department, we still had heard nothing. So we went to pick up my car and brought it to my father’s mechanic in IL. Lo and behold, I simply needed a fluids flush and my car is fine. We have requested our $180 service fee back and have been denied. We are waiting to hear back from corporate. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone

We very much appreciate the refund. Thank you. It does bother me that it took writing a review to get it. And obviously, the main issue is that your service department was insistent that the only “fix” to our issue was getting a new transmission which would have been $5000 to $7000. Especially when my husband specifically asked them if flushing the fluids would work. It feels slimy and again, the reason we always went to the dealerships for service was to have more confidence and trust in the service department. Unfortunately, we do not have that with your location
