Best customer service around.

Best customer service around. Always courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about their customers. Waiting room is clean and friendly. This time my visit was for a recall which was done within the time frame i was quoted when i made the appointment. Kudos to my grandson for recommending Bosak

I brought my car in for new tires and when I went to pick

I brought my car in for new tires and when I went to pick it up the windshield was cracked. I told them that it was cracked and wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. One of the service techs went out to look at it and said it was a rock chip and when they ran it through the wash it cracked with the change in temperature. First I heard of this and who authorized a car wash? They go on and say it was a rock chip and the car wash is complimentary. After giving them an earful I sped off the lot doing a burnout with my new tires. The service manager Shawn called me after and tried to rectify the situation by offering me a new windshield for $500. You gotta be kidding you’ll be lucky to get an oil change out of me. I guess the wash is complimentary and so is the cracked windshield. I might have to reach out to the BBB on this one.

Was very impressed with the sales representative Ryan

Was very impressed with the sales representative Ryan knew his job. Made me feel so calm and relaxed no sale presume. Knew everything about the cr-v. The other two staff members was great. Would highly recommend.

In the service area they have Poor ethics with billing.

In the service area they have Poor ethics with billing. They lack transparency with “Misc. Charges” add one. The Principle of honest transparency ought to rule the day.

My Honda was serviced in the time-frame given during my appointment. Another problem with the vehicle was uncovered during their routine vehicle inspection. I will return to have this fixed.
