Performance Dodge RAM of Woodbury

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

Terrible experience. I came in to sell my Ford Bronco Sport and was offered $21,500 by a staff member named Dana. We scheduled the sale for the next morning. After waiting over 2 hours, another manager told us the owners weren’t there to sign the check — but confirmed the price. They rescheduled for Monday and promised everything would be ready. After waiting again, the paperwork showed a different amount: $20,516. When asked why the price changed, they claimed we “misunderstood” the original offer. This was dishonest and unprofessional. We wasted 3 days, hours each time. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership — whether buying or selling.

Spoke to the general sales manager to schedule huge maintenance on my truck couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism fast service on how it was scheduled and my ram truck was ready when they said it would be couldn’t ask for a nicer people and wonderful dealership

I had running boards put on my GT Durango, it was a little more complicated than I first thought. The service staff and mechanic were very professional and completed the job without any issues.
