Day 1 - March 3rd, 2026 I took my car at Mercedes-Benz

Day 1 - March 3rd, 2026 I took my car at Mercedes-Benz South Austin for simple usb & tire repair at 11am March 3rd 2026. By 4pm it should have been ready, but when I called at 4pm the Service Coordinator (named Kaithlyn) said a technician was not even allocated to look at the car. For 5 hours not even a single courtesy call for the delay? (I wondered how many cars is Kaithlyn managing that day? All I know is... I was the only person making a drop off at 11am). One car! Why was it so hard to take care of one customer? Meanwhile, I decided to be dropped off at Barton Creek mall since Kaithlyn told me my car will be ready at 4pm. Still no courtesy call, so I phoned to check on the status. Kaithlyn said she couldn't tell me anything (what?). Said she'd call back within 5 minutes. She didn't call for another 45 minutes & still don't have an answer. Another 1 hour & half have gone by I decided to call again (this was after being hanged up on by a guy named Sam & 2 calls going to voicemail). I finally decided to call again & spoke to another person named Anthony. I asked him to organize an Uber as I can't wait any longer. (At that point I was ready go home & very upset), so I gave an instruction to be collected in front of Cheesecake Factory since the mall is so big I had to be specific with location...but another stuffed up happened when Anthony sent the Uber driver at the back of the mall. I asked the Uber driver if he got my specific instructions & he confirmed none has been received from Mercedes-Benz office. They just simply sent him to Barton Creek mall. Day 2 - March 4th, 2026 Mercedes-Benz confirmed that the service will finally be done first thing in the morning & will be dropped off at 2pm. Well, it's now 4.45pm (at the time of this writing), no courtesy call, no car & I'm concerned. Lastly, I want to say my husband & I were planning to upgrade the car to GLE450 2026 model in a few months & we so one worth $103k. Guess who wouldn't be getting that sale now? Goodbye Mercedes-Benz South Austin...your service sucks! I only gave you 1 star because there's no option for 0 star.

Kirby was an amazing sales person, she was very honest

Kirby was an amazing sales person, she was very honest and professional and answered every question. The finance director lily was amazing as well! This dealership hands down has been the best dealership I've ever been too. Highly recommend!
