We were greeted as soon as we entered the lot and Kendall

Easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had.

Easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had. Quick responses from the dealer. Never felt pressured to buy items I did not need. The sales person took time to go over all the options and settings in the used car. She even stayed after close to complete the set up of the features.

Great service, maintenance done quickly, but an error was

Great service, maintenance done quickly, but an error was made in one of the repairs. I was told to drop by whenever to correct the installation of the engine air filter, but this dealership is only open during hours that I work, forcing me to use my PTO from work to correct an error that could've been identified by turning on the air conditioner after installation. So now, I have to wait until I have more PTO to burn to come and fix this issue.

I wasn't happy with my purchase so much was wrong with my

I wasn't happy with my purchase so much was wrong with my truck after I purchased it and still having issues. I have a truck that I bought and no longer want but you know how That goes. I've wasted so much time at the service dept the month of May and June it's ridiculous.
