I'm sure all these 5star rvws are employees or family/friends of employees. This is day 95 without an explanation of where my car registration is and DMV does not have record of it being submitted. Beware!! Once you are out that door and the purchase has been completed, they are no help and do not care. Take your business elsewhere.

I visited the dealership to purchase a used vehicle
I visited the dealership to purchase a used vehicle advertised online for $17,435. During negotiations, the dealership utilized "bundled" protection plans and "vehicle reconditioning" fees—while focusing strictly on monthly payments—to obscure a significant increase in the vehicle’s base price. Key Issues: Price Inflation: Despite my explicit request to remove the mandatory "protection plan and reconditioning bundle," the final sales price was silently increased to $20,280.59. Lack of Transparency: A manager later admitted that the price listed on the Nissan of Lewisville website is "not the true price" and is only finalized once a customer is present at the dealership. Bait-and-Switch: I was led to believe my negotiated monthly payment was based on the advertised price, only to discover a hidden $2,845.59 markup after signing.

Found the vehicle we wanted at Lewisville Nissan.
Found the vehicle we wanted at Lewisville Nissan. It was a bit far from where we live, but overall going back and forth on the phone we finally met Mr Turner. Xristan was very honest and helped us with the sale. He even turned in the rental car we were driving at that time. Needless to say we had an amazing experience.

Went in to check out a used Nissan Rogue SV, and finally walked out with a brand new one at an unbeatable price. The car was apparently on the lot for 40 days. We just had come out of a total loss on the previous car, so we're tight on budget. The manager said he couldn't meet our budget, which I understand, so we walked out with no hard feelings. I was about to drive out when they called us back and made a deal for the budget I had. So, overall it was good for both.

The person who introduced him self as the sales manager under this so called new ownership, insulted us to the level which made us leave regretting why we ever visited. His choice of abusive words were so insulting and personal that shocked us that how such people could be employed.
