I’ve been going there for over eight years now.

I’ve been going there for over eight years now. Always a good experience. Scheduling process is quick and easy. They keep me updated with services that need to be done without being pushy and have never misdiagnosed a problem.

Service was mediocre at all points of the sale.

Service was mediocre at all points of the sale. Salesman was unknowledgeable and just rude. The car options was amazing but it was a bad experience to buy there.

I had to visit thrice to fix my issue with Trunk latch.

I had to visit thrice to fix my issue with Trunk latch. Initially the problem wasn’t diagnosed and during second visit I heard a silly reason saying that the issue won’t be covered under warranty because of a minor crash occurred an year ago. I had to visit body shop that did the fender bender previously and they clearly told me the issue is not yet all related to the crash. During my third visit I had to fight for my bumper to bumper warranty. At last it’s been fixed by Mitsubishi under warranty and I appreciate the efforts. It should have been done on my first visit and I wouldn’t waste my time, money and energy.

They always get me in, quickly.

They always get me in, quickly. Get things done fast , & complimentary car wash. It's a drive, but I trust them more than those oil change places. I was spoiled, when Max Madsen was nearby, where I bought my last 2 cars.

I needed an oil change, software update, and them to look

I needed an oil change, software update, and them to look at my car regarding a noise issue. They got me in as soon as I arrived which was 15 minutes early, determined the cause of the noise which was brake clips, and fixed the problem along with completing software up and pil change. They were polite, efficient, and kept me up to date. Highly recommend.

We wouldn't bring our car back by you if you were the last dealership on earth. The only reason I'm telling you is be aus3 Tammy was king to us and brought us some snacks because we were there almost 7 hours and the car is still not fixed. We will.take it to Biggers in Elgin to get it fixed..
