Service department didn't have the piece to fix my vehicle when they said they had it in. Took off work and drove 30 minutes to find out it had to be done another time. Felt rushed when I was trying to explain other problems I was having and they said they didn't have time .

Very attentive to the buyer through the whole trade in and purchase deal. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and not pushy. We feel the detailing/clean up of the used vehicles we test drove could have been a bit more taken care of but we also understand they go though a lot of vehicles quickly so time may have not been of the essence. Other than that amazing customer service and we’d be back for when we are ready for the next new vehicle.
