New Country Toyota

Had to get a new car when my 2007 Prius was totaled in accident. Went right back to Saratoga and worked with Jeff Lion. Fantastic salesman, he worked with me and found me my new 2018 Prius, yes I am a Prius fan. Fast forward to first oil change and service was excellent as usual. New service area very nice . I will continue to go to New Country Toyota in Saratoga for service.

Brought my 2017 4runner Limited in for an alignment and the crew at New Country were fantastic from the moment I pulled up. They were in constant communication with the status of my repair and were extremely helpful. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks Mitchell, Corey and Joe!!

Our trip from home in Minnesota involved many headlight flashes from on coming vehicles on the way to New York. I wanted to resolve this issue as soon as possible so I stopped in to New Country Toyota in Saratoga. Without hesitation, they took my Prius in and adjusted the lights. Joe gave me a thorough explanation of changes made and generous offer to return if further attention is needed. Thank you!!!

Comfortable clean waiting area with easy work space. They have complimentary coffee but I needed a spoon. When I inquired if there might be a secret stash of plastic utensils somewhere there wasn't but three people immediately offered unopened sporks from their drawers!

Service was fast and friendly when I called to schedule an appointment they got me in at a time that was convenient for me and we’re v helpful through out the process.

We had a engine warning light come on and they took us right in. The problem was fixed and we went on our way. Very good service.

When I came in for my appointment, it was rather busy. However, the employees were able to get me in pretty quickly and get the paperwork done. Also when I picked up the car I was able to just get in and leave, which was nice.

New country was able to juggle the work required on three different cars within one week. Only one car was a Toyota. They have a ride service which is as invaluable as I had to do this on my own.

For many years we have bought Toyotas at New Country in Saratoga Springs... We then service our vehicles with them... Never had a problem.. Staff always courteous and helpful.. Over the years we have owned many different makes and models.. Now only Toyotas!! Great cars and trucks..

I would not take either of my vehicles anywhere else. They have the best service department. I highly recommend anyone to go there, all of my family does.
