I had a great experience when purchasing the car.

I had a great experience when purchasing the car. My sales person was great and very helpful. They have enough employees so everything runs smoothly. Love the 4 free oil changes also. Everything was going great until I got a nail in my tire. The dealership would not plug it, only wanted to sell me a new tire for approximately $220. They said that it is not their policy to plug. And guess what, you can spend $36,000. on a new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid and not get a spare tire. So if you have a serious blowout on the highway your screwed. No one at Saratoga Honda knew how to answer me. They just had to tell me that they and the manufacturer were cheeping out over the spare. And that's the truth. Don't get me wrong, I love my new Honda, I just don't like Honda cheeping out.

I was looking for a car with all the safety features I

I was looking for a car with all the safety features I needed for my family, since I don’t know a lot about makes and models I worked with Emily and she walked me through the lot giving me tons of options and Info on specs and warranties and got me into our new car! Was so grateful for the experience and will definitely recommend to my family and friends

The dealership is beautiful with a very nice waiting

The dealership is beautiful with a very nice waiting area. However, watch out for repairs that are not necessary! Always decline a repair if it’s a hefty price, just looking to price gouge and take money from you. Took my car for a second estimate elsewhere and happy I did. Saved mysekf a 1400 dollar unnecessary repair that Saratoga Honda said my car needed! I’m never returning here and have been a loyal customer for 30 plus years. Bought all my Hondas here. Not anymore. Do better Saratoga Ho da and stop ripping people off
