Our salesman, Ben Bradford, was as excellent this year as he was in 2009 when we purchased our first Honda Ridgeline from him. It was as much of a pleasure dealing with him this year as it was in 2009. He is friendly, not pushy, and answers questions willingly. When we picked up our truck, all the paper work was in order. He showed us how to use all the new features on the truck and did so with a smile.

As usual. The service department fixed the issue promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. The last visit related to a wiper issue that was handled very quickly ? in between raindrops? which was very much appreciated.

Rob Kerner was absolutely great! I was in need of a new vehicle in a short amount of time, and he hooked me up within a week with a new Honda Civic Hatchback that was within my budget.
