n it should cost. Felt soiled by the people there. Thought they were honest, but found out very devious. For instance, was told stone caused failure. To be honest, it looked like damage was caused by “other” reasons and AFTER vehicle was left at dealer. I eventually had it repaired somewhere else for less and that service shop could not determine what caused failure. So to be honest, no proof damage caused by stone, but no proof otherwise. But left bad taste and mistrust. No, will not go back, would not recommend. More than likely will never buy Honda again.

Less than a year ago my compressor for the air conditioner in my CRV stopped working I was fortunate that this was still under warranty. I this April
the air was not working again.I brought it back and it ended up being the o rings which was only $10, the labor however was 186.20. I always have been happy with the service but I would have thought this minor repair would have been done when they put in the compressor.that would have been good customer service..I would have paid for the part while they were doing the compressor work, /disappointed that that was not brought up at that time
I stopped by the dealership in response to their ad in the Syracuse newspaper for a new Accord. Unfortunately the salesperson and sales manager state
that they never saw the ad. They told me that they don't have that car in stock, have none on order and haven't had one for quite some time. No one there could find the ad because no one had a newspaper, nor could they locate it online, so I drove all the way back home and found the ad in TODAY's paper! It was for a car that the salesperson showed me, that I liked. They had two identical cars, but she told me that each one cost more than the ad price. The ad was for an Accord EX; the car that I saw was for an Accord Sport, but the sticker price was exactly the same as the ad, so it's quite obvious that the ad had a typo. Since it's obvious that this dealer isn't familiar with their own ad, let alone the competition I won't be returning.

It was involved in an accident and deemed unrepairable. 3 days before Christmas, Honda city had taken the exact year make and model & color in on trade. They prepped the vehicle for delivery within two days for us to surprise my mother-in-law for Christmas. It was priceless! These people are truly the best and really showed us what the true meaning of Christmas was. They should be commended!
