My car has been sitting in shop 4 days now no phone call everytime I call they say ther working on it Called today was told they are Shor handed and instead of working on the car that's been there they are jumping around.This is the worst experience I have ever had.I strongly suggested if you need repairs TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHER WHER THEY CARE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE-MISLEADING
We are currently over an hour away, bought the truck over the internet/phone calls etc. Got all the appropriate ppwk that was needed for the bank, Got to the dealership they stated that we were short on the bank check of 650$, let me say we ended up dropping ANOTHER 1500$ as a down payment, so we gave the dealership 4500$ and they made no adjustments to the BOS, We picked the truck up on a friday, MONDAY we called bc the truck is starting hard, making a noise as if the Timing chain is slapping against the case. We asked for them to look at the truck and give us a loaner as again we are 1.5 hrs away they said no. We asked for approval to go to another dealership Still 5 days later NO call about the service but yet they are holding our registration hostage till we give them the 650$ that THEY screwed up on the ppwk. All ppwk they gave us via text/email was what the bank got not sure why we are held responsible for $650. We also asked for the truck to be ready to roll when we got there so we could test drive it and check it out, it was not and we waited almost TWO hours for our sales guy to "jump in and make the truck right before we took it off the lot" Sounds like we will be dealing with our attorney, GM and the BBB with this dealership

Worst dealership ever
Sat for hours upon picking up a used vehicle was lied to several times, my monthly payment changed 3 times the day I picked up my vehicle .

Does not care about customers
0 stars if I could...very shady dealership...doesnt honor warranty..they do not inspect vehicles before selling.. 2 weeks in car making all kinds of noises..after 2 weeks of waiting for them to fix it the technicians (not real mechanics)tell me the broken parts are just noisy and haven't failed yet..so they wont fix it..luckily they didnt fail while I was driving it to work and back..(scared to drive it anywhere far... what a shame).how did it pass inspection...took it to my mechanic, compressor/ac clutch and pulley are shot..needs breaks and rotors and a front and rear wheel bearing,shocks and struts/shocks need replacing...I'm only one person so they dont need my business, but for future customers..be very very careful..this is a shady dealership

Terrible sales experience !!
Very disappointed in this dealership. Was very interested in a 2014 Toyota Tundra, I had $20000 cash to put down and it was listed for $25999 online. I had been emailing Bridgett since earlier in the week and set up to look at truck on Saturday. So, the drive is 5 hours round trip and I get there and I see the truck is in the shop on the lift. I go talk to Bridgett she doesn't know what is going on, she talks to Josh the sales manager and he said on Friday at 6pm they decided to put a lift kit, new tires and rims on the truck. Since, Bridgett leaves at 5pm she didn't know, well someone knew this mod was going on cause the lift kit can't be ordered and delivered in 1 hr. And then he said if I wanted the truck the price would be $5000 more than the online price and he was only willing to negotiate $200 to $300. Bunch of BS. He acted like he didn't care, total lack of communication and very unprofessional!!!
