    I went to the dealership to buy a used late model cargo van ,Scott the salesman showed me what they had, I found one that was in my price range.I had a trade that they gave me a fair price for and we struck a deal Scott was knowledgable of what I wanted and needed and made it happen .I had a few minor details a few days later that I needed looked at and used car manager Eddy told me to come down as soon as I wanted and he would take care of my problems I did and he did just that.I will come back to the dealership to buy my next van or car and I will recommend friends and family also to shop there first it was a good experience and I have been in many dealerships over the years and this one rates # 1 as far as i am concerned.....Bob N.

    Recently was trying to purchase a car here. After over an hour and a half of discussion over a vehicle and then price negotiations, I finally tell the salesman I will buy it at their price. However, a family had just come in about 5 minutes before, and the salesman returns to me and says that the family is trying to buy the vehicle as well and they have to give them the inside track because, and I quote, "the dad can co-sign IBM." Then I was told that if that didn't work out they'd give me a call. Even though I had been there for well over an hour and a half trying to purchase the vehicle. I have never felt more disrespected as a buyer and I don't suggest anyone to go try and do business here. They preach customer service and loyalty is most important to them, but that is obviously not the case here.

    i have just recently bought a 2014 chevy malibu at bill jacobs. i went threw the whole process and was very excited to drive home in my new car. after getting home they call me and say now they want my w2. i have already gave them my pay stubs and was approved signed all the papers put my down payment and everything. well my w2 was electronic and i dont have it which i told them but they keep calling and asking for it. i feel like if that was something they needed they should of asked before giving me the car. i should be happy about having the car that i really wanted but instead im just stressed out.

I want to apologize that the financing process has not gone as smoothly as both you and our team would have liked. When working with our lenders they will let us know what stipulations they need for a vehicle to be finance and most times proof of income is required. Therefore we will make copies of check stubs to send to the lender. The majority of the time that is sufficient but on rare occasions the lender will ask for more information such as a W2. Again I am very sorry that we hit this bump in the road but I hope you can understand that we're just the middle man in this case trying to help both you and the lender.
