    I was looking for a car for over two and a half years and was pretty positive I was going to purchase another Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit which is fully loaded to the hilt with a Hemi or Diesel. The new Jeeps are much more expensive than they used to be since they redesigned them so I really took my time trying to look around at other German SUV's and some other brands. Then I came upon the Volvo XC-90 when watching a car show; car matchmaker and esquire car/suv of the year back in 3rd quarter of 2015. I first test drove this vehicle at another dealership and then a couple weeks later I went to Volvo of Lisle. They were extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon. Lolita came out from the back of the car showroom and immediately came up to me to see if I needed help. She seemed sincere and excited about the product from the beginning. I explained to her what I was looking for and that I had been a Jeep guy since I was 18 years old and it, a Jeep, was the first new car I ever purchased and have been driving a couple different Jeeps for 22 years as my SUV of choice. Lolita explained to me the entire SUV and then we went for a test drive. I stopped into the dealership many times over around 1.5 months and Lolita always made time for me there, while also being prompt in returning phone calls and e-mails. She was prompt and thorough each time answering all of my questions and or finding the answers and getting back to me, but once again she was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. Almost deciding to make the purchase I brought in my old vehicle with all accompanying paperwork and Ken, Sales Manager, gave me a better price than any other Volvo Dealership and Jeep Dealership since he felt that I really took care of the old vehicle. I didn't even have to negotiate for this at all, wow. It looks as if they also already sold it as it is no longer on their website, sweet sold my old baby and within two weeks max-I hope it went to a deserving individual! Ken and Hasan also gave me a quote on an extended warranty and were very fair about the price with this to. Lolita, Ken, and Hasan all made me feel like I was getting a great value for the entire package; trade in, warranty, and new vehicle(wasn't marked down much due to the redesign and being new to the market). They also all seemed like they truly loved their jobs, and worked well together! Thank you to all involved you made me feel good about going against many of my usual buying habits; changing brands, changing dealerships, going with a darker exterior color, going with a lighter interior, and purchasing the first model year of a redesigned vehicle. I really did break all my usual reasoning, so they must have really done something right to change the stubborn particular person that I am. I would recommend anyone from any walk of life to go into this auto groups home, they treat you like a friend after getting through the usual introductions. The show room is nice, the waiting room is a little dated-who really cares, but to me service is king and they provided this to the tee which is an intangible amenity that is worth paying for, but you don't have to at this establishment! Oh also I dealt with a service tech the second day I owned the vehicle just to get some more knowledge on the engine and electric(yes I want to know it all), he was awesome, but I am forgetting his name; I am sure I will remember it in time as well as the service managers too since I like to keep my vehicles fresh and ensure it is conditionally sound hence getting the extended warranty. Very friendly guy and knowledgable about this new car and engine, heck it hasn't even been out a whole year yet. I am very happy thus far with the purchase!

    My husband found a pre-owned 2010 XC60 online. He stopped in and met with John Taylor whom we had purchased a SC60 from several years ago. Needless to say, within a few hours we purchased the vehicle. The process was great. Everything from working with Ken and John to the guys in back getting the vehicle ready. We are now the owners of 2 Volvo's and will certainly be back!

    I went online and found a pre-owned Volvo that interested me. I live 3 hours away from this Dealership. Through e-mails, and a phone conversation with Ken Kowal, we agreed on a purchase price, which was the 5th lowest of all the Volvo Dealerships Nationwide. I traveled to Lisle, Illinois to inspect the vehicle. I was met by Lolita Cook who took care of my inspection, the test drive, and answering any further questions I had. The car was exactly as advertised and most of the questions had been covered during the e-mails. While waiting for the purchase paperwork to be completed, Lolita took the time to help me program my new car and get everything set for my 3 hour trip home. The trip home was uneventful, the car ran as good as I expected for a Volvo, and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and my car buying experience.

When we found the V60 online and spoke with John Taylor he made the process on his end run extremely smooth. Buying the car couldn't have gone any better.     My wife, two kids and myself went to Volvo of Lisle knowing that there was a possibility that we would leave with a new car. We were prepared to make a purchase, but were willing to walk away if we did not receive the service that we wanted. We arrived at the dealership driving a very old, beat up car, with two very small kids in tow. It's worth noting that I'm a little skeptical of dealerships, because I've had some bad experiences over the years where I did not receive good customer service. I admit that I dress down on weekends and may never have "the look" of a car buyer, but I've actually had occasions where absolutely no salesperson has approached me, even after making eye contact with me. When we first walked into the doors of the dealership, John Taylor immediately approached us, asked how we were doing and how he could help us. We got a really good vibe from him right away. He asked what model Volvo we were looking for and we told him the XC90. He immediately told us that most of them were in the back of the lot and said we could walk back there. He grabbed the keys for a few different vehicles and walked to the back with us. He was very detailed in his explanation regarding the differences between the trim levels and options on the various cars and was able to answer all questions. We never felt rushed, pressured and most importantly, we never felt like he doubted the possibility of us purchasing a vehicle or our ability to purchase a vehicle. When we told him we liked a particular car, he said he'd get the keys to that one and meet us in the front so we could test drive it. Once we were done with the test drive, we told him that we wanted the vehicle. He walked us through the process of everything that was going to happen and even set our expectations on how long we would possibly be at the dealership. We appreciated that he was honest and considerate of our time. The purchase didn't take as long as we thought. The best part of this experience was that John never once tried to ask probing questions meant to determine if we could afford the vehicle or if we were serious buyers vs window shoppers. That was so refreshing, especially for someone who has basically had salespersons in the past question my ability to pay for a new car without having any real information to base that opinion on. John treated us like actual car buyers, even though he had no clue that we walked in hoping to leave with a new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially John to anyone looking for a Volvo. We passed a couple of other Volvo dealerships on our way from downtown Chicago to this location due to them having better inventory of what we were looking for. However, after this great experience, I would not hesitate to make my next Volvo purchase from John and Volvo of Lisle again...even if it meant I had to bypass other dealerships. BTW, we love the XC90! Thanks for everything John!
