I was very, very disappointed with my recent service visit to West Herr Toyota. My 2 1/2 year old car battery was dead, and it took some time before it could even be jumped. When I brought it in to get the battery replaced, they tested it and said it was just weak and that it needed recharging. So what did they do? They just idled my car there for THREE HOURS before telling me it was ready. Why couldn't they just tell me to do this at home instead of having me sit in the waiting room around other people with a mask on my face for 3 hours?? Just another instance of car dealerships not being honest/straightforward with their customers...
