    I met with Lorenzo Taylor and he was great! He was a huge help all around and if there was anything I wanted to look at or needed he helped me in any way! Although I did not buy a vehicle.... yet, I will for sure be back and will be wanting him as my salesman! I love the dealership as well, but he was what made me love the decision of going to West Herr Toyota!

    I recently purchased a 2015 silverado at West herr Toyota and am very happy with the purchase. The dealership is nice and staff very accommodating. My salesman was Nick Certo and he was very patient and helped me to get into exactly the vehicle is was looking for. Nick answered all my questions and did a great job. Thank you ..     My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle for our growing family. We were looking for a SUV with second row bucket seats and third row access/seating. Nick Certo was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Nick made the experience painless for us and allowed us to test drive several different makes and models to make an informed decision. Over the course of several weekends we were able to decide on a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Nick's patience, proffesionalism, and availability made this an enjoyable experience and will definitely be why we purchase our next vehicle from West Herr.

    West Herr Toyota OP went out of their way to help me out with purchasing my first new car from a dealership. The managers Justin Rojek, Elio Coventry and Mike Graham were very helpful with everything. My sales person Sam Lambert went above and beyond to help me find the right car and he spent time with me to make sure I knew the new features of the car. I will return back and I will most definitely recommend this store to my family and friends!

    I shopped at many different Dealerships throughout Buffalo during my quest for a new car, and although the cars may be the same everywhere, the people are not. And this is why I chose West Herr Toyota in Orchard Park. I was very fortunate to have worked with Marissa Del Monte, who actually made buying a new car an easy, uncomplicated, stress-free, and fun experience . And yes, I said fun! This was a first for me. I did meet a number of nice Salespeople at other stores, but Marissa is truly exceptional in many ways, most of all, her sincerity. Marissa has completely changed my outlook on the whole car-buying process, and I'll be recommending her, and West Herr Toyota, to everyone! Thank You!!!

    2016 4Runner, windshield reservoir leaking, made appt. with (M) in service. Filled reservoir to the Top before leaving for appt. Upon arrival checked reservoir down 3/4 of the tube leading to main reservoir. I mentioned this checking in with (m) in service, At This Point (m) stated that the windshield fluid DOES evaporate. At this point I should have known it wasn't going to get fixed and Guess what it did not. Hour plus later (m) came into waiting room and said that the Tech did not recognize the Color of windshield wiper fluid that was in tank, upon which I STATED IT WAS THE SAME RAIN X FLUID they had on display for sale in there parts department. (M) proceeded to state that the Tech was unable find a leak because there was to much water and everything Was wet. REALLY, ARE YOU KIDDING ME, OMG. Shop towel, paper towels hell toilet paper even, but tell me you could Not Dry it off. (M)at this point stated the fluid evaporated thing again. Well at this point I'm Done, after asking for my truck back, venting to a couple of people that seemed to want to help but at this point I was over it. That was why I was There to fix the Issue Not Have To Reschedule Again to fix the same problem. If we just did One simple thing and JUST DO THE RIGHT THING THE FIRST TIME, how much better would things be.
