Just bought a brand new Chevy Silverado 2500 on 03/23/24.
Just bought a brand new Chevy Silverado 2500 on 03/23/24. Upon picking it up I noticed the steering wheel was not straight while driving in a straight line. After contacting the salesman Ron Zambito and informing me to come back to the dealership so we could go to service. After going to the service department we were told that there was nothing he could do for me until the vehicle has 750 miles on it cause this issue was caused by the shipping of the truck. I have never heard of this and there is nothing noted on the cooperate website about this issue or any were else on the web. If I would have test drove the vehicle and noticed it I guarantee you they would've fixed it immediately. This is poor customer service and was just sent away so they didn't have to deal with the problem that day.

salesman was great.
salesman was great. only problem I currently have is that the finance manager is not calling me about a disposition fee for my old lease. He told me there would not be one because I leased a new car and it is charged on the new paperwork. I am disappointed that no one has called me back after three calls.

Stay away from this dealership!
Stay away from this dealership! The service Department will make you feel like a Villain and try to charge you every little thing they do, even when the vehicle is under warranty! Paddock has lost a customer for life as I will never set foot in that dealership again.

I’m not sure you actually want more insight from me. I was ripped and treated poorly. There is no way to rectify that.
Unexpected above and beyond service!!
I took my 2023 blacked out Equinox RS lease in for its first service today. While there I showed them a chip my front grille had in the black chrome. I figured they would just tell me that happened from driving and something kicked up off the road and chipped it. The customer care manager Dave (and yes I went on their website and looked up Dave’s title) proceeded to tell me that they actually have one in stock and they have a mechanic ready to do the job. Quite frankly a lot of dealerships get a bad rap. All I can say is from my experiences at Paddock I wouldn’t waste my time going anywhere else especially if I get to speak to people like Dave, and Martin who was first to greet me, and also the gentleman who shuttled me home and back to pick my vehicle up when finished. It was his first day on the job and we had the best conversations while on the road it felt like I’ve known him my whole life. I will be in this weekend with my brother in law it’s time for him to get a new lease and I look forward to another pleasant experience!!

Horrible is an understatement.
Horrible is an understatement. Stay away from wasting your time here. I called to book a service apt. and they forced me to give them every bit of imaginable information about me personally, before telling me its $200 just to walk in the door and get a diagnostic test done. This is quite ridiculous as I knew exactly what I needed repaired. Horrible customer service at the service department and a ridiculous waist of time in addition to a ridiculous policy of charging $200 prior to and in addition to any work being performed. Went elsewhere and had the service performed for free under warranty. DONT FALL FOR THE PADDOCK SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Another disingenuous plea to do damage control but instead you dug the whole even deeper with another condescending empty promise and an even bigger waist of my time. Not sure how you sell cars to people or how anyone would trust your service dept. when you blatantly lie. Must be only the dumbest suckers on Earth go to Paddock! Everyone do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!! Paddock=dishonest thieves!
The BEST Dealership
By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership! I typically dread going into dealerships because of the nonsense that you have to deal with regarding salesmen and the dealerships trying to get one over on you and trying to take you for every penny. This is not the case AT ALL with Paddock. That is the last thing that they have in mind, they are the most ethical and moral dealership I’ve ever seen. They truly care about the customer and want to do all they can for you to make the process as smooth and easy as can be. Tony was extremely helpful from the start, answering all calls, texts, and emails expeditiously, even Facetime calls! Not to mention, this was my first time purchasing a car long distance. He made the process so seamless and easy. The entire purchase took less than a few days and the car was at my doorstep in less than 2 weeks! No over-MSRP markups, no crazy fees or extra add-ons. Joe from finance was also amazing, he did his best to make that side of the process effortless for me and got me the best deal possible. Kudo’s to the Paddock team for running such a great dealership and shedding a positive light on the car buy experience. Highly recommended!!
