Tom Walker - trust worthy salesperson
I began searching for a new car because my old car was ten years old, but in great running condition. Time to upgrade. I went to Dave Smith Ford because of a very bad experience with Basil Ford. At that point I was not certain I was willing to commit to any car. Tom Walker, my sales person, was patient, was willing to take time explain the selection process and after buying the car, was patient enough to explain the workings of the features of the car, a ruby red edge. Bought a 2010 f150 in January and had starter problem . It was fixed right away and has been fine since. Excellent service dept. Only hitch was I only received one key from sales dept and was told they will find the second key and call me . Still waiting.

The Place to Find Excellent Sales & Service
I leased a 2012 Ford Fusion 27 months ago. This was the first American-made vehicle I owned since 1982. I'm very impressed with the quality of this vehicle, and its technology can't be matched in the same price range. Dave Smith's sales and service staff always treated me professionally and with courtesy. Time was taken to match my needs with just the right vehicle. Service has been excellent. Fusion required no repairs over 27 months, just routine maintenance. I just leased a 2014 Ford Escape from Dave Smith Ford and have been enjoying it for the past few days. Emergency Service and Great Work
My car, snow, ice, front wheel, and a curb met one afternoon and the impact was hard enough to make my steering wheel crooked and made it difficult to control and overall unsafe to drive. I was able to get in before two hours before service closed. I was told that depending on the damage they may not be able to get it repaired same day but that they would take a look and let me know. I was lucky enough to get away with minor damage and they were able to complete repairs before close. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mike, who I believe is the service writer and the repair that was done. As I was waiting the other customers that were getting regular maintenance seemed to be moving quickly. I would recommend you to visit Dave Smith Ford's service center for both emergency and regular maintenance.

Relaxed Atmosphere for buying a Ford
I recently leased a new 2014 Ford Explorer from Dave Smith Ford. We told the Kevin Burlingame what we wanted for features & our price range. I've seen better...
I've bought a few cars. This was one of the most forgettable experiences in the last 10 years. MINI bent over backwards with gifts and bling. Chevrolet gave gifts and had us to dinner and dealership tour. Dave Smith Ford did none of this. They didn't even fill the squirts before delivery. I'm disappointed. Even the financing/final sales experience was poor. We received little information about interest rates, finance charges, payment schedule. The woman was friendly enough but I didn't feel the love and respect a sale of that magnitude should receive. I felt rushed. Disappointed.

Great Car Buying Experience with Tom Walker
It's always hard to actually enter a car dealership for the dreaded "game" of buying a car, or at least it's hard for us! We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we entered and directed to Sales Consultant Tom Walker. He understood our wishes to just test drive an Escape and not give us the "hard-sell" because we really were "just looking" and not ready to buy. Tom took the time to explain all the features and allowed us to take a test drive and answered all of our questions without pressuring us to make a decision. After doing our own research and comparisons, we decided to return to Tom and buy the Escape from Dave Smith Ford. We have been extremely happy with our purchase and the service received from Tom and the dealership.
