picked up my car with a cracked windshield-which is fine- but I called them to ask if they document scratches, cracks, dents, etc. beforehand for this very reason, and matthew vetter says, "i dont look through a fine tooth comb for cracks everywhere" very disrespectful and childish.. not even mentioning the manner in which he had already started speaking with me. thanks matt.
Will never take responsibility of their service
Don't trust these people. They band-aid the brake job service done on my vehicle and I ended up paying 10 times the price when the brakes failed second time with my family inside. They never wanted to take any responsibility of any service they do or show any remorse or empathy of putting people lives at risk. Once the car drove off their lot. It is the customer's problem. Don't go to these people if you have family.
Great customer service won the sale
I wasn't initially going to lease from this dealer buy my salesman, Stewart, insisted if I gave him the opportunity he would get me a great deal. I was skeptical at first, however Stewart kept at it, always professional and never pushy. He delivered and I am greatly enjoying my new Rav4 Hybrid. I received a good deal along with great customer service. Thank you Stewart!

Overall good experience
Once I got through the "Customer Service" group that answers calls and emails sent from listings here and got to an actual salesperson, things went great. It took to get to the third one who would be responsive and actually get me to someone who would sell me the car. Stuart Cooper was great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this dealer. Once he and I were working together the transaction was super smooth, easy and he kept me well informed with regular communication. A+ for him!

Adam was very genuine, helpful and informative. Unfortunately we weren't able to close the deal due to my short credit history and lack of a cosigner, but my experience at northtown was great. Nice selection of cars, nice facility. Ask for Adam!

Service work was prompt
Service work was prompt, however, I was disappointed to learn that I could not use a savings coupon I received in the mail. I was told that it had to be presented before the work was written up, even though that is not mentioned anywhere on the coupon.
