Stay away from this dealer if you don't want to get jerked around. They play the classic game of bait and switch. I drove from the other side of Buffalo... to this Webster NY dealership after they confirmed a vehicle that I was interested in was there and available. I was told I had to make an appointment, no walk-ins were allowed. I made an appointment for 2 hours away which is the amount of travel time to the dealer. 15 minutes in to my drive to the dealership I received a TEXT saying that someone just walked in and was out test driving the truck I was coming for. It also that I would hear immediately if the truck ended up being sold. 10 minutes before I arrived at the dealership I received another text. This one was to inform me that the truck just sold but they have another one that I might still be interested in. I arrived at the dealership and went in and spoke with the sales managers and sales person. All I got from them for my wasted time and gas was that this happens all the time and that's just how it is. I let them know that this may be the way they do business, but this isn't acceptable. Instead of being apologetic, I got attitude and disrespect from them. One other thing.... the other vehicle that they said I may be interested was not even close to what I drove there to look at. It wasn't 4 wheel drive and a lot more miles. Now almost 3 days after the truck "just sold," it's still on their website as available. So to sum it up, stay away from this dealer if you don't want to play games and deal with unprofessional and lying people.
After purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership and I am left regretting my return to buy the second. Right after buying it I took it in to get the paint... inspected because I noticed it was rusting on the front bumper. They denied my claim despite being under warranty and just purchasing the vehicle. A few weeks go by and I return again because now paint was flaking off. I get told by service to talk to sales. I go to sales and get put on a 1 month long ring a round treatment. Salesman promises they will make it right, tells me to return the following week. I return to be told by the sales manager to wait for an answer, he will call right back. A few days go by and I try calling and he never answers. I left voicemails, never got a call back. So after a week I show up in person to get an answer. In person sales manager is extremely dismissive and refuses to provide answers, tells me to wait to hear back from him. Another few days goes by and I finally get a call offering partial help to the larger issue. I state its unfair I have to pay anything out of pocket when I just purchased the vehicle, Rob instantly gets dismissive again and says he will get back to me. A whole week goes by and I decided to show up again to ask for an answer. In person Rob is instantly dismissive yet again and tells me to call Ford. I question him on that seeing as Ford already denied the claim. Rob acted like he was too important to take the time to explain anything. His lack of responses went on to a point where another salesman (Brian) had to step in and provide a proper customer service response because Rob the sales manager does not know how to treat customers. To my surprise Ford still denied the claim so I went back again to the dealership and asked why no one would stand behind their product. I had to work so hard to get an answer about why my truck is rusting and made countless attempts to communicate properly so at this point I was frustrated. I tried to stand up for myself and my wicked expensive investment, sure enough Rob was dismissive. This time Rob, the finance manager, and other salesmen ganged up on me and acted like I had no right to think they would stand behind the product they sell. I got to a point where I called Rob and his salesmen "clowns." The word "clowns" set Rob off so bad that if Brian was not there to hold him back Rob would have assaulted me. I am sad that it has come to this because I truly enjoyed my experiences at the dealer in the past. Never answering the phone, and never returning voicemails is so unprofessional and it is sad to me that the dealer allows this sort of treatment for customers. Making me wait days on end for simple answers sucked. I hope no one goes through this same experience, but as long as Rob is the sales manager I am sure this will be the case. Be careful of "Mr. Savings" the only thing he is saving is Mr. Henderson's wallet. Mr. Henderson should be ashamed. If you do choose to go there I would recommend Brian or Thomas both treated me with respect and provided me with great customer service experiences. Every interaction with them left me feeling great that I chose to buy a vehicle there. Please take the warning to stay clear from Rob and the finance lady though because they will both refuse to help you and leave you feeling distraught that you bought a vehicle there at all.

My vehicle broke down so was towed to get an estimate for repairs originally, but salesman got me to looking at purchasing a new vehicle. I wanted another... used F150 pickup truck but a specific color and they didn’t have a 4 door so went with another vehicle. A car :/ I mean the car is nice. It’s pretty but not what I wanted. The customer service was good. I tried different vehicles out, I was even dropped off home and picked up when i was able to get my car and the sales team worked it to where I didn’t have to put down any payment which I didn’t have and I appreciate that. The issue I have and why I am writing this reviews it’s because a warrant for $2000 was added onto the contract and I specifically told Brian Henderson soon as he approached me to shake my hand that i didn’t want any warranty. Well it was snuck onto the contract. And i told him I didn’t want one. So when it came to me wanting to buy a pickup truck which is what I really want, I am upside-down (negative $7000.....meaning my vehicle is worth about $7k less than what I owe). And that's due to the warranty being snuck in for $2k, plus I had $1200 transferred over from the old loan to the new loan, plus other fees, taxes, etc. But you do not need an extended warranty guys. Look into it. You don't need it. They get commission on selling warranties. Make sure you don't get a warranty snuck into your purchase contract with your vehicle. Now I will go to the dealership I bought my truck from in 2017 and Henderson lost my trust. And I literally change out my vehicles every 2-4 years. Honestly these guys would have earned more than 5 stars if they did not sneak that $2k warranty in that I specifically verbalized I did not want because everything else was great. Oh yes, they even filled up my gas tank twice, but when you most likely get a pretty decent commission from sticking a $2k warranty on a customers vehicle purchase contract they stated they did not want, I mean that's the least they could do :/
made appointment Saturday morning was told car would be in front and ask for salesperson # 1 vehicle not in front #2 salesperson doesn't work Saturday's... so after waiting for 35 minutes salesman walks up to me and says vehicle there but has blown motor am I interested in another vehicle said no and left 15 minutes later received call from dealership saying they had vehicle and would bring to me why would you dealership that lied to your face puts car salesman in new class

Took our truck in for “quick service” it was there all day! Marisa was beyond rude. Every time I called someone gave me a different story and no one called... back!

I have been very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Henderson Ford in the last 8 years. My most recent experience was less than satisfied.... I tried to schedule an appointment to have the air conditioner looked at and repaired. The air conditioning system failed on the same day I called. The earliest appointment was 2 weeks out which was disappointing. I called another Ford competitor, and received an appointment within 24 hours and had the system diagnostic conducted and repaired within 48 hours. I understood that Henderson was backed up with work and could not work me in. The person in service was as accommodating as she could be, but I hung up the phone feeling dissatisfied with the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks. 4-5 days would have been more acceptable.

2012 F150. Salesman was very efficient. They did not keep me waiting around.
Buying was not as smooth as it should have been although it was a lengthy process I still tried to give them things benefit of the doubt . had a question... About the details of the warranty after the purchase and no one seem to have time to answer or Get back to you.. When I finally reached someone they assured that it wasn't a issue they will email it its been a whole week now no email or follow up phone call.....I should have gotten my deposit back when my salesman just up and quit...
